“This is only the second time I have booked someone in Rover because I'm still hesitant in having someone else take care of my dog, Richard. Richard has stress colitis from separation anxiety which results to diarrhea. Communication and initial meeting: 5/5 - I reached out to Shreya and disclosed all of Richard's social and medical issues. She immediately responded to my message and reassured me of Richard's safety and security, and will give him the care that he needed, and treat him like her own. We arranged a Meet & Greet that morning. As soon as Shreya and her husband, Abhinav, met Richard, he was just all over them. He roamed around their home as if it was his house. Shreya was kind enough to accommodate my request for a trial daycare. It appeased me that there was constant communication throughout the day with photos and videos of how Richard's day was going --- which is exactly what I wanted! Activities: 5/5 - the active and full of energy, Richard, had a lot of activities with Shreya. From the walks to indoor play, Richard was knocked out. Allowing him to sniff and explore his surroundings helped and kept him mentally stimulated. Shreya sent a funny video of Richard carrying a stick (which I never allowed him to do). But it made happy because he was happily taking it with him during their walk. There was a smile on his face! He was really happy! Overall: 5/5 - I couldn't be any happier with how things turned out with Richard's stay with Shreya and Abhinav. I'm a paranoid and worrywart mom but Richard has finally found another home in Santa Clara! I would entrust Richard with them any time. Shreya exceeded my expectations and I am very grateful I found her. I will be a regular from here on. Oh and one more thing --- Shreya gave Richard a note card, a polaroid of Mr. Richard and a stuff toy which he sits next to on his car rides. Who wouldn't love that?! Shreya's the best Auntie!”

“Lola is a very shy girl and has a lot of separation anxiety but Trishalee was so sensitive and made sure that Lola had some play time, quiet time and affection to make her feel comfortable. I will be booking again.”

For our puppy, she has created a daily training and feeding schedule, meticulously logging every aspect of our puppy’s growth, including eating, sleeping, pooping, and training, to this day. She fine-tunes her feeding plan based on our puppy’s optimal calorie intake. Yijing showers our animals with love. She bakes cookies for our puppy, prepares gorgeous and delicious treat cups, and bathes our bearded dragon with electrolytes every week. Unsurprisingly, she is the favorite human for all the pets in our household. Her attention to detail and responsible nature make her the perfect choice for your pet care needs.”

“Given my reputation as an over-thinker, I am inherently cautious about leaving my dogs with anyone, but I can wholeheartedly say that Megan is the only person I would trust to take care of my little men. She has been a great second mom to my babies and has earned my trust time and time again. She is responsible, understanding, compassionate, and patient. Her passion for the well-being of animals shines through in everything she does, from making sure they are securely fastened on walks to keeping me routinely updated on their well-being (and I need a lot of reassurance!) As a former dog groomer, I am very knowledgeable and particular about dog care and handling, but Megan never ceases to amaze me. I have absolute confidence and peace of mind when Megan is taking care of my Bun and my Nana. She is truly a breath of fresh air.”
