I recently moved to the area which was why I was unavailable for about a year and a half, I apologize for that. I have had dogs most of my life and I am a real dog lover. My two dachshunds passed away a few years ago and I really miss not having dogs in the house, which is why I am on Rover. As a lifetime dog owner and someone who has left her pets to go on vacations I realize the importance of finding someone loving, trustworthy and reliable who will take care of your little pet the same way you would. I live in a townhouse where dogs are accepted so that is not an issue, we do not have a fenced in area but there is the Rail trail a few steps away which allows for lots of walking. You will not be disappointed if you choose to leave your pup with me, I am a caring responsible person with two grown up children of my own and I love dogs!! Also I am home during the day so your pet will not be alone all day. Also, I do not mind taking care of special issues such as an aging dog who may require medication. I realize dogs are not perfect but please be upfront if your dog is aggressive or has a major behavioral issue as I would not be willing to handle this personality.
