About Kimberly

18 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Welcome to The Lifestyle Pet Expert's Canine/Feline Services! I am on a leave of absence from UPenn vet school.

Here are a few highlights of services/amenities I provide:
- I work at home. Your dog will not be left alone more than 2-4 hours.

- I make myself available 24/7. Have an emergency at 4am and need a sitter? Need to pick up your dog at 12am due to flight arrangement? Attending a wedding in the city, brought your dog, and find out that your hotel is not very compliant?

- I am flexible. Last-minute booking are considered!

- EMERGENCIES: I am capable of treating, monitoring, and/or responding to your pet(s) personal healthcare needs and/or emergencies. If necessary, I own a dog-friendly Subaru Forester and will transport your dog to the Emergency Room immediately.

- Post-Surgery/Chronically Ill/Need of Daily Monitoring Dogs/Cats: I am capable of overseeing the recovery of, maintaining the comfort level o, and/or monitoring the condition of your dog/cat should you need to travel but are having concerns/feeling guilt/worrying about leaving your beloved family member in the care of a complete stranger.

- I have a 3,000 sq-ft house with a grass yard equipped with agility tools, a dog pool, and outdoor toys.

- I adapt to your pet's lifestyle. Therefore I offer more services than mentioned.

I have been hired to oversee dogs at weddings, advocate for clients at the veterinary office, join them in the ER, transport to-and-from the vet, find responsible breeders, educate, educate, educate!

Your pet's mental, physical, emotional, and psychological health are my #1 priority! I look forward to working with you and your pets!

Kimberly did a great job caring for our dog while we were away. Her veterinary training enabled her to take care of our sometimes difficult dog. She went the extra mile getting to know us and our dog before we left to ensure that it worked. I highly recommend her.
Kimberley was very accommodating to the needs of my older dog. The house is very doggy proof and there is enough space for him to relax, explore and use the yard. It was great that I knew that no bigger dogs will be there. She pays close attention to the dynamics within the group. Kimberley's vet experience is great and very comforting for dogs with special needs or owners who wish an extra eye on the health of their dogs. My boy was very relaxed when I picked him up and he is normally a dog that stresses out easily when left with others.
Kimberly is great! She is so knowledgeable about dogs and you can tell just how much she LOVES dogs. After our meet and greet, I knew that she would take great care of my two mini dogs. Layla and Gigi love Kimberly and she loves them, too.
Kimberly instantly bonded with Brody and made me feel very comfortable leaving him in her hands. She's extremely knowledgable about dogs and their behavior. I won't hesitate to use her services again.
Kimberly was great with Rosie!! She kept me up to date with Rosie!! Kimberly was super informative with dog tips! Thank you Kimberly!
This was our first time using DogVacay, and we were VERY satisfied with the level of care that Kim offered. She was incredibly professional and well-equipped. Her home is very well-suited for caring for pets, and the 3 resident dogs were very friendly and playful. I know that Rusty had a great time and we had peace of mind knowing that he was staying in a safe and happy home. Rusty can sometimes have problems getting comfortable in a new environment, but I could tell he felt right at home in Kim's house.

As a bonus, this host offers the use of a Nest cam to view your pet while on the road. Kim also kept us up to speed with text updates with pictures.

All-in-all, I was very pleased with Kim's service. Rusty can be a bit of a handful, but Kim was very capable.
