My goal is to make your pet feel at home. It can be very stressful when pet parents go away. I aim to provide a fun, enriching, comfortable environment to lessen the worries of leaving home. I am an experienced Veterinary Technician and am very comfortable with all ages of cats and dogs, including those sweet Seniors who need a little extra love! I am confident with administering medications or providing medical treatments. I have provided pet sitting for several clients at my clinic and am now looking to expand closer to home.
We have one dog who LOVES to play! We would like to be able to watch a dog or two in our home that would be compatible with our 2 year old Australian Shepherd/Lab mix. We have a large backyard with plenty of room to run and play! We do require that dogs who come to stay at our house are potty trained, crate trained, and good around cats. Your dog will be crated in our living room next to our dog during times we are not home to supervise. Wednesday, Fridays, and Sundays are adventure days. We frequent Williamson County Regional Park, Divine Lake, and the Greenbelt. Hikes run 1-3 hours. You are welcome to add hikes on if your pet is with me over those days.
I also provide pet sitting for any kiddos who are more comfortable staying at home. During the week, I am available for morning and evening visits. On weekends I am able to provide mid-day visits if needed. Hikes are also available for dogs staying at home.
When it comes to our feline friends I only offer services in your home. I feel that cats can get too stressed being moved to a new environment and prefer to come see them where they are comfortable. I am happy to feed, scoop the litter box, and play as long as requested up to twice daily (weekends are available for extra playtimes).
I have a strong passion for pets and feel they are truly a part of our family. I can ensure you that your pet would be treated as such under our care. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
