I live with my better half and fellow dog trainer, Albert. Together we use multiple sites to book dog overnight stays, day walks and training sessions. We care for our own three dogs, two Australian Cattle Dogs, and a long hair Chihuahua rescue. We work hard to ensure that our pack is well behaved. We study dog behavior to guarantee every dog is integrated well with our pack and any other guests we may have.

Our Accommodations:
We reside in beautiful Lincoln, RI, just minutes from the major highways. Our quaint colonial home is over 100 years old and furnishes tons of natural sunlight, additional rooms for our four legged friends, hard wood floors throughout, and plenty of green space. Your pup will also have their own dedicated space to lay their head at night. They will have access to a penned in backyard strictly for our furry friends which has plenty of sunshine in our quiet neighborhood

We're situated across from two large ponds and plenty of fields within walking distance, including Lincoln Woods State Park and Chase Farm. We have our own car which is also dedicated to our pack so we are more than happy to accommodate any other pups in need of a pick up or drop off! We are usually up late most nights with the dogs so late night pick-ups aren't a problem! You can rest assure that you will get tons of updates to help to ease the separation.

We also share our house with our 4 fish tanks and our Bearded Dragon, Cinder. So we are more than comfortable caring for other pets, such as birds, cats, reptiles, and fish.

Training:
We am more than willing to work with any dogs that have behavioral problems including separation anxiety, aggression towards strangers, off leash fears, excessive barking, potty training etc. Addressing these issues are very important to keeping a balanced and happy dog. We believe a dog that can show respect for their owner is a key aspect for a well behaved furry family member.

Health:
?We hike regularly and we always love to have another canine companion accompany our pack!

Diet:
We are very strict about what we feed our dogs. No food, treats, toys are ever given without permission. Our first priority is to listen to what you want, as to make sure your pet's stay with the us is more than perfect!

Trust:
If you are a dog owner who is as passionate about your fur babies as we are then rest assured your pup is in the best hands! We are firm believers in meet and greets at our local park to build the trust you should expect.

Personal Bio:
I am currently a full time Equine student at Johnson and Wales in Providence with Summer's off. When I'm not training horses I am always home with my pack. I've been a dedicated dog owner most my life, I've even worked with multiple dog care services in metro Boston. Now that I've moved my roots to Rhode Island I have the opportunity to continue the work that I've so desperately missed. In my time with Paws with Raws in Newton, MA I have gained extensive experience dealing with a variety of large and small breeds, understanding pack mentality and the temperaments of each dog. I first began sitting and walking around the age of 10 with my mom and her business partner in the doggie day care field. Not to mention that I have lived with dogs of all shapes and sizes my whole life!

Most recently in August of 2015 I had the chance to train an Australian Cattle Dog for a family friend. The family that she came from was frustrated with her loud whinnying, destructive behaviors and her less than loyal personality. The family soon realized that Tahlee's time with Albert and I was so positive that they noticed she had found a new sense of confidence with her two strong new leaders. The family couldn't help but to see that Tahlee was absolutely in the best hands and they couldn't help but give in to the strong desires of structure that their pup craved. When Tahlee, at a thick headed one year old, had come to us she knew nothing. She didn't know what treats were, she didn't know how to sit, she wasn't potty trained, and she was very fearful of wearing a collar. It wasn't more than a month that she was in our balanced home that we began to teach Tahlee how to fit in in our pack. She could finally be a dog that she wanted to be and so she came out of her shell unlike we even expected. Like Tahlee I have had many dogs in the past that have had different issues like abuse, abandonment or aggression, but she was different. She never knew where she fit, and she just didn't know how to be a dog because of it. Tahlee's training not only strengthened my skills as a dog owner and caregiver but she also strengthened my skills of patience and understanding.
