About Nikole

I volunteer to dog sit even when people don't need me to, and literally always talk about dogs to anyone. I love every type of dog, and it's my goal to meet every dog in the world. I will stop a person on the street to pet their doggies. I don't have the funds for my own doggy yet, so I would absolutely love to hang out with everyone else's dogs! I do volunteer at the shelter near me when I have time, and it is imperative to follow certain rules when dealing with shelter dogs. You have to keep all dogs apart and always on a leash, unless they are in a fenced in area with only themselves, so I do understand the importance of following strict directions. I dogsit for my aunt and roommate quite a bit. I am 100% fine with dogs cuddling with me, so our daily routine involves a lot of cuddles and walks. I will feed the dogs at specific times of the day, depending on the amount they need, rather than the entire amount just once a day, or, if they are a grazer, I leave their food out all day. As long as it is okay with the owner, dogs and I will go on trips to get treats and ice cream or frozen yogurt. There is a dog park in Lake Orion 30 minutes away from my apartment that I love going to, and the dogs love socializing and playing at! I can spend more time with dogs depending on the day. I do go to school and hold an office job during the week; both school and work are less than 10 minutes away from my house, so I can let dogs out during the day if I need to as well.

I will create custom quotes up to my discretion for some guests. For example, two small lap dogs are going to be a lot less work than two big dogs. In cases like that, the small dogs would have a discount. I set my rates with all ranges of dogs in mind.

Nikole did a fantastic job, and we will definitely be asking her to watch our pet again. She is very responsible, caring, and patient.
Nikole was terrific!! She was quite receptive to meeting my dogs prior to my decision to a dog sitter. Her kind and gentle demeanor quickly made both my shy dog Clancy and Mitzi a rescue shelter dog very comfortable. Her home was very clean and doggie friendly. During their stay, Nikole was quick to reply and send me a pic of them enjoying leisure time in her home. She treated them as if they were her own. When I came to pick them up from their long sleepover they were not stressed or over excited. I could tell they seem well rested and happy.
Nikole was quite professional and asked all the right questions. She was a great listener and sincerely interested in her job as a DogVacay sitter. I highly recommend her and when in need will request her in a heart beat. I feel so fortunate and a big Thank You to have found Nikole through Dog Vacay! :0)

I had to add a couple days to my workcation, Nicole was understanding and worked with me add these days on, she really helped me out. She's really great to work with, will definately be using her again!
Nicole was great to work with, she really loves her clients and I really liked that. My dog Lucy was in great hands, will be using her again.
Nicole was great, my little girl was just as happy when I picked her up as she could have been, Nicole sent me a daily picture so I could see my little girl. I like the fact that she get to socialize with other dogs as well. Will definately use her again. Thanks again, Brian,
Nikole was awesome. In the pictures she sent us, our 2 Havanese looked soooo happy we were afraid they didn't want to come home. She is very responsive and I will definitely be using her again. So glad I have found an option other than a kennel. She also will stay at your house!
Nikole did an outstanding job watching our dog. She knew I was a little anxious to leave my dog, so she provided me with daily updates and pictures. Nikole went above and beyond to ensure my dog had sufficient exercise and lots of love. I would absolutely leave my dog with Nikole anytime. I am very pleased with my experience.
So this is my first experience with the whole "dogvacay" thing, it really worked out awesome!. I found a super nicer person to watch my little girl while I was out of town for work. The meet and greet really put me at ease with whom I was going to leave her with. I see a long term relationship with dogvacay and Nicole.
Nikole is absolutely amazing! She worked with us on our last minute scheduling, sent us picture updates, and really listened to my overwhelming notes about my babies! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! We're so thankful that we found her!
Nikole was great! You can tell she really loves dogs. She sent frequent updates and pics. Max was happy and healthy when I picked him up, what more can you ask for?
I can't say enough positive things about Nikole! My dog, Stella, is an 80 lb. American Bulldog. She is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, but she can definitely be a bit intimidating with her size and strength. From the moment we met Nikole, I knew Stella was in good hands.

Stella stayed for five nights while I was out of town for work. Over the course of the stay, I received at a minimum, one text (usually with a picture) per day with an update. In each picture, Stella looked as happy as ever, and the updates kept my worries at bay. Nikole did a fantastic job of keeping me informed, and taking great care of my puppy. I will definitely be using her again in the future!
Thank you so much for being such a kind caregiver for my giant dog! You were great. We will schedule with you again.
Nikole was awesome!!! My little Loki can be very stubborn when it comes to getting to know new humans. But Nikole was super patient with him. I got plenty of pictures of Loki having a blast, chasing his ball. I would recommend her to any doggy parents!
She was awesome! Responded fast and kept me updated with my pups! Would definitely trust her again with my crazy lovable Brittany babies!
