“So this was my first time using Rover, and our experience with Emily was AMAZING. I swear our baby is happier with her than with us! Emily sent regular pics and our dog looked happy and relaxed and well cared for. So glad to have found this option for dog care. We have used kennels in the past and that is kind of a nightmare, our dog won't eat and looks terrified in pics and is traumatized once returning home for a period of time. Again, sooo happy. John and his wife not only took great care of Juneau but also kept us in the loop with updates and pictures. Juneau also needed to take pills twice per day and John was kind enough to take care of that as well - and even sent us a reassuring video of Juneau taking his pills. Before the stay, John even agreed to an introductory meet and greet with Juneau and myself. Just want to send a big thank you to John and his wife for this great experience. Julia sent several pictures and commented that my dog started stealing socks from their laundry, a sure sign that he had settled in to a point of being mischievous. He bonded with their young daughter, sleeping on the couch with his head in her lap. I would feel completely comfortable leaving Coco here again.”
