Are you looking for someone experienced and compassionate to take care of your pets while you're away on vacation or work?
We would love to help you out! My husband and I love dogs and we have fostered several special need dogs through local rescues and love giving each dog that one on one attention that's usually missing with a traditional boarding/kennel.
In addition, I've also attended a veterinary technician program in order to learn more about preventative health and canine behavior and am currently pursuing a clinical pet nutrition certification online.
We strive to provide the best care for your pets and hope that they enjoy their stay with us as much as we enjoy having them in our home.
Here's what we offer:
- Safe and comfortable environment with a large fenced in yard and frequent potty breaks throughout the day.
-Spacious beds to relax on and toys to play with
-Healthy home made treats (we make our own using a dehydrator).
-Green living space, we do not use any chemicals inside or out for pets with sensitivities.
-1-2 walks a day at no extra charge
-$15 baths with all natural shampoos which includes a full brush out/deshedding treatment.
-We are CPR/First Aid certified to ensure that every pet gets the necessary attention in case of emergency
- Holiday Rate is $5 more per day due to higher demand, days include:
September 2-5, November 21-26, December 19-Jan 1, May 27-29 and July 3-4.
Please note that we have few house rules that we enforce to ensure that every stay is pleasant for both us and our guests:
-We do not allow dogs in our bed at night, so if your dog usually sleeps with you, they must be ok with sleeping in their own beds or a crate without crying/howling at night.
-Puppy rate is $5 more per day due to higher amount of work involved in caring for them.
-Please let us know if your dog has any behavioral issues such as resource guarding, chewing, marking the territory, leash aggression etc. It's important for us to know these things ahead of time to ensure that every stay is safe for everyone in the household.
- While we normally take dogs only up to 40 lbs, we may on occasion board larger dogs (up to 70 lbs), so it's important that your dog gets along with bigger dogs.
We look forward to meeting you and your pups!
