About: I’ve had my own dogs over the past 16 years. I began dog sitting for my cousin’s mixed breed dog when they took family trips. I then began to dog sit for several parents from a pre-school I used to work for. That journey began in 2017 and continues to this day. In the fall of 2022, I became a volunteer for Louisville Metro to take dogs on community field trips to help them get adopted. Simply put: I LOVE DOGS 🦮🐕🦺 I work from home with occasional travel. My availability is pretty flexible. Tuesdays require a lot of my attention on the computer, so this may not be the best day for your furry family if they are in need of great attention. Otherwise, I have the ability to build my work schedule and work in much needed love and attention for your fur baby. I can pet sit in your home but also have a fenced in backyard at my own house. If your dog is ok being around other dogs, I frequent the dog park bar off Baxter and love to take frequent walks in my neighborhood. If not, we can do a more quiet outing that suits your puppers needs.
4. Natalie & Zachary J.
“Natalie responds very promptly and is a pleasure to work with.”
5. Myrna G.
“Shelby is a covid dog and not socialized with other dogs at all. Myrna is very patient with her and pairs her with other dogs to teach her how to act. She spends the entire time with the dogs and has a great backyard for them to play in. Highly recommend!”
6. Rachel N.
“Rachel is a compassionate and empathetic soul. She has loved doggos all over the world and then some. Aside from rescuing her own dogs in Myanmar, she found time to work closely with the shelter there. She has formed bonds with puppers that go beyond the superficial and is highly capable to adapting to all kinds of situations. Dogs with her will definitely be in capable hands.”
7. Marina M.
“Marina is fantastic and very accommodating for my last minute booking. She took photos during the stay and everybody looked very relaxed and happy to be in her care. Thank you, Marina, for such a positive experienxe.”
8. Cha Cha P.
“Cha Cha and Angel treated my pup with such care and love! She was walked and played with multiple times each day, given yummy treats, and loved on like family. They sent updates and kept me informed. I never had a worry! I will easily choose them again to watch my doggo.”
9. Christina G.
“Christina was incredibly accommodating, and took excellent care of Lillian, who was a little stressed over being someplace new for the first time. Wish I lived in the area so I could book her again; Christina was excellent and communicates well (and sent photos during the stay, which was a bonus!)”
10. Lori G.
“Absolutely some of the best caretaking Charlie has had! Lori was great with Charlie. We met beforehand with her sweet pup to make sure the dogs would get along, and I really appreciated her thoroughness and quick communication. During his stay, Charlie got to run around and play with other dogs at her home and her family’s farm, but also had time to rest and relax. He was such a happy boy when we picked him up and slept the whole way home! 10/10 would recommend Lori!!”
11. Parker N.
“Parker watched our pup for us while we were on vacation for a week, and we would recommend him to anyone! He took such great care of her, including lots of exercise and play time. He even sent pictures of our happy girl when we asked. You can be sure he'll take great care of your fur-baby!”
12. Kaitlin W.
“Kimba had a great time with Kaitlyn. She took great care of Kimba and sent pictures throughout the day. Kaitlyn is very responsive and makes me feel at ease. Kimba has a lot of separation anxiety and it was clear from the photos and when we picked her up that she’d had a great day. I know Kimba was in good hands with Kaitlyn. I’d use her again next time we are in town.”

About: We love dogs of all types and we understand that it is tough letting them out of your sight for even 1 night, so be assured that they will be well taken care of with walks and of course play time!! We are a professional couple who have very flexible schedules and a 5 year old Pug who just loves to meet new friends! We have both been dog owners our entire lives. My wife's family bred champion Weimaraner's when she was growing up and our first dog had medical issues (seizures) so we are adept with dogs that have to take medications. We live right next to Huntley Meadows park, the largest park operated by the Fairfax County Park Authority, and we enjoy walking our dog there all four seasons! The last picture in our profile is from one such walk.
