Hi! My husband Jeff and I have had Mibao for 2+ years. Mibao is a 2.5-year-old, shy and friendly ragdoll who has lots of experience with other cats. We are proud to be cat sitters because, 1) we send frequent updates to let you know how your cat is doing including cute photos 2) we know that cats need time to get used to a new place, so we intentionally set up enclosed spaces to help them get used to it 3) cats are part of the family, they can freely explore the house and hang with us, unlike putting the cat in a cat hotel with limited space 4) we genuinely care about cats and ONLY do cat-boarding

They were friendly and updated with photos. However, they forgot to give my puppy the pumpkin packets I packed for her despite my informing them in app messages as well as in person when I dropped off my dog. The information was also included in my profile. I think that they would be fine for anyone who didn't have a dog that needed special diets.
Samantha was a great host. Sent pictures and updates every few days. She responded to my texts in a timely manner as well Bobby seemed to have a great time, playing with Monty her dog. It was great that they got along, and Monty is a great sport for sharing his bed & home.
Button enjoyed her stay with Samantha who sent periodic photos of Button. I was very satisfied with Samantha.

We provide cat-boarding only and there's a guest bathroom on the first floor where we like to set up our guests. This is because most cats are scared of an unfamiliar environment and we want to create an enclosed space for them to start and slowly introduce them to the rest of house.

My husband and I have flexible work schedules so we usually take turns working from home during the week. That means someone is always home during weekdays and of course, on weekends they get lots of attention!
