About Tracy

35 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Hey it's Tracy and Lydia!

As our name suggest- We're a mom and daughter doggy lovin' duo! We grew up with many types of animals- some including dogs, cats, rabbits, and horses. We have two dogs of our own. One dachshund named Beatrice (6 y/o) and one mix breed service dog named Bentley (2 y/o). We are actively involved volunteering and fostering for a local animal rescue. We have fostered and provided pet sitting for many years.
We live in a two flat with a huge yard and living space. I have a full time job and have summers off. Lydia trains dogs and is in and out all the time.

Your dog must be dog friendly. Your dog must be spayed or neutered- if over 8 months old- as well as up to date on all vaccinations (proof from your vet required).

NOTE- An additional $10 charge per day per dog will apply to any dog that is not housebroken or potty pad trained. Daily additional charge for meds dispensed may apply.

Your dog will feel right at home in our 2-flat which includes a fenced in back yard. Your dog will never be left unattended outside and will be leashed at all times. The backyard will be used for potty breaks and for playing. We can walk your dog as well. While walking your dog we will be extremely cautious by not allowing other dogs to come into contact with your dog.

If you want your dog to sleep in a crate- that's fine. If you want your dog to be able to sleep in our beds- that's fine too! We are willing to follow rules you set for your dog in your own home as well as use the same commands you use so your dog doesn't get confused during the stay.

We will provide photo & video updates as often as you wish so you can see how much fun your dog is having while you're away!

We require a a meet & greet for all new guest prior to booking.
We will do everything to make sure you and your dog(s) feel comfortable and secure while you are separated. We have plenty of toys and simulating activities so your doggy will never be bored!

We look forward to taking care of your pup :)
Thank you!

I never worry when I leave my little dude, Moose, with Tracy. He gets along great with her pets and is always excited to see her when I drop him off.
Tracy and Lydia made us feel very comfortable leaving our dog in their care. Eventually when our boy started to act strangely Tracy contacted us and was very professional in her conversation with me - explaining the situation and that she'd like to take him in to our vet. She went above and beyond our expectations. Knowing that she is just as concerned with our fur baby's health and happiness as we are is a tremendous relief. We will definitely be using their services again in the future! I would highly recommend them to you as well.
Tracy took great care of my puppy Chico. She sent me photos daily to show me what he was up to and kept me up to date on how he was doing. He had a lot of fun playing with the other dogs and was in great hands the entire time. I would leave Chico with Tracy and her family again in a heartbeat with no hesitation.
I left my 7 year old Beabull (Bradley) with Tracy and her daughter Lydia for 2 full weeks while I went on vacation. They are very friendly, nice, and courteous.
Bradley is a very sensitive dog and has a pretty hard time with separation anxiety. Tracy and Lydia provided picture and message updates daily on Bradley's status. They even gave him plush toys to play with, so he would feel more at home. They have 2 very friendly dogs as well, which Bradley had befriended. I felt like Bradley was getting a vacation as well, keeping him with Tracy and Lydia. I will definitely be using them again and again whenever I need someone to look after Bradley.

Thank you very much Tracy and Lydia!
Bruce had a great stay with Tracy and her daughter and dogs! All the pictures were so great, I know he got lots of love and cuddles while he was with them. He will totally be staying with them again since he came home so happy and stress free!
I was very pleased with Oscar's time with Tracy and Lydia. Both of them are warm, efficient and very caring. I was very nervous about leaving Oscar because he and I had been parted only once in the two years that I've had him. Tracy knew the best way for me to leave him; I got pictures of him making himself right at home and generally looking happy.

The home was comfortable and set up for caring very well for my sweet Oscar. I will be using them again with confidence. Sondra! P.S. I think Oscar misses the friends him made.
Taking a chance on strangers to watch your fluffy kids can be stressful and daunting. Tracy and Lydia eased any concerns immediately with their kind demeanor, caring and thoughtful questions about my dogs needs. These two people didn't just watch my dogs. They gave exceptional care, love, affection to my dogs that I was able to see daily with picture texts. My diabetic dog was in the very best health with scheduled insulin shots given on time and updates on his well being. My other dog, very happy to have found such sweet companions to spend the week with. I went out of town for the week, my dogs, they were the ones that went on vacation! I don't see me using any other dog sitters in the future as long as Tracy and Lydia will have us :). They were beyond amazing!
