My name is Rob and I'm a pediatric doctor who loves dogs. I've been a dog lover my entire life and grew up with a Maltese, a Yorkshire terrier, and a Kooikerhondje. Pets boarded in my home are treated as though they are my own; they will receive lots of attention and, weather permitting, will spend lots of time outdoors. I will make sure all of their needs are met, with at least 3 walks per day and lots of mental stimulation. I live with my girlfriend, Claire, who will also help take care of your pup, including meals and/or walks. One of us is almost always home. We're also available to meet you for a Meet-and-Greet prior to dog daycare or boarding. It's on the first floor of a doorman building, so your dog doesn't have to worry about climbing stairs. The apartment is within 2 blocks of Carnegie Hill Veterinarians and the Bobby Wagner Walk (perfect for long dog walks), and within 5 blocks of Carl Schurz Park. On nice days, I like to take dogs across Ward's Island Bridge to Randalls Island.
