Hey, I'm Ema, an Animal Science student at UC Davis. I've always loved animals and have two dogs, three cats, and four rats of my own (although only my rats live with me at the moment). I occasionally dog sat for my neighbors before college and I'm looking to continue now. I'm well-versed in basic training and reinforcement, and I pay close attention to each dog's quirks and preferences. I'm also familiar with post-op care. I can administer pills and keep a watchful eye on clever, determined pets trying to lick or bite stitches. I can keep with a strict dosing schedule and will keep detailed notes if needed. I'm also good at handling stressed or anxious post-op pets. In my personal pet experience, I've taken care of a cat with a limb amputation and a dog with a tumor removal.
