leisurely walks with opportunities to be more active in widespread/open areas. Solo or multiple dog walks-as long as fresh air and exercise is involved! and of course potty breaks! I reside near a large park so I typically like to stroll through the park with more active running to burn some energy. I have visited dog parks for more free range active running as well for dogs that are high energy.

I can accomadate whatever the dogs needs are. I like to run so can take the dog on an active walk. If the dog prefers to run we can go in a short run. I can also accomadate solo walks as well as a multiple dogs walk. I enjoy leisurely walks as well that last between thirty minutes and one hour. Dogs will be leashed at all times.

I would describe myself as a brisk walker, but am able to adjust speed for smaller or older dogs. I am flexible in walking multiple dogs or just a single dog. If you have a high-energy pooch, I have no problem taking them to a local dog park to burn off steam.

I do leisurely walks. I typically do solo walks, but if the dogs are well-behaved I can also do pack walks with multiple dogs. I can also take the dogs to a nearby park for their walk if it's not very far. However, travel time is included in the walk time.

When I take my dog for a walk I prefer wooded areas with little concrete to help protect their paws and lots of new surroundings for them to smell and experience, so that is what I would be excited to provide for your puppers. If that wasn't an option sideways are always a great option too, any walk is better then no walk. :)

Top tips for getting started with a dog walker in Green Bay

  1. Look for a dog walker who has passed a background check.
  2. Ask a DogVacay dog walker for a free Meet-n-Greet. Take your pet for a short stroll in Green Bay, letting the dog walker hold the leash. You’ll know quickly if this is the right person for your pet.
  3. Then visit your home with the dog walker, so your pet becomes comfortable with this person in the dog’s territory.
  4. Make plans for letting the DogVacay dog walker into your home. Some people may feel comfortable providing a key. Others keep a key in a combination lockbox. Many people use smart locks and programmable key codes.
  5. Discuss the length and route of the walk in your neighborhood in Green Bay. Cover what kind of updates you want (such as a “bathroom” log or behavior notes).
  6. Explain what your treat policy is after a walk. Keep treats safely stored, and let the dog walker know where to find them.
  7. Make sure your pet has the right harnesses, collars, leashes and equipment for a safe and fun walk.
