About: I have owned and cared for dogs for over a decade and a half. I have previously worked in a small pet hotel's pet care industry and owned my own dogs over the years. I am currently a graduate student with a flexible schedule, and I am looking to fill some of my time looking after other's dogs while they are traveling. I am very careful and respectful of other people's homes and the routines they have with their dogs. I try my best to adhere as closely as possible to a pet's normal routine.

“Sheryl is absolutely an animal whisperer. She LOVES our cats and they LOVE her. She is an amazing dog and cat mom to her own pets, as well as to the ones she fosters. Sheryl is extremely reliable, dedicated and so patient with every animal she meets….1000% recommend!!”
5. Haley Z.
“I have used Haley as a pet sitter/house sitter/dog walker for years. My black lab Lexi loves her sweet dogs and enjoys hiking with them when I just don't quite have the time to do it. When I go on vacation (pre covid of course) Haley is always the first person I call to pet sit. My Lexi loves her, my cats love her, even the bearded dragon loves her! And she always leaves my house cleaner than when she arrives. I could not recommend this girl enough.”

9. Chea S.
“Chea is incredibly attuned to the needs and idiosyncrasies of animals, and kind, empathetic and effective in caring for and managing them. My dog is a Queensland Heeler and can be quite independent, stubborn and mischievous. She taught him to sit, come and stay within her first few visits - all while he was 9 months old! She’s dependable, polite, professional and you know your furry family members are in excellent hands when they’re in her care.”

About: I love taking care of pets. I have had dogs and cats my whole life. They are our fur babies after all and I treat them as such. I am currently at home full time so dogs are not left alone. I do have a super friendly and cuddly 3 year bison/poodle mix named Teddy. I have fenced in backyard where dogs can run around and play. I do take dogs for frequent walks and we have lots of play time.

18. Mila D.
About: I love dogs! I grew up with a little black poodle named Cherry who is 18 years old now and is featured here! I have been a dog walker for my neighbors whenever they needed in the past. I would love a dog of my own, but since moving to Richmond our rental doesn’t allow it, so I’m hoping Rover will be a fun way to get my doggo fix! Very comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I am a full time physical therapist/strength train consistently, so very comfortable handling bigger girls and boys. Please contact me if your dog needs a walk! I often start late or end early so can be quite flexible depending on your needs. Happy to be prioritize your furry friend as able! I am very respectful of your particular needs/requests. Everyone is a little different. Happy to dog sit and eventually be able to have dogs come stay with me as my landlord allows. Mainly hoping to help with dog walking. I am very mindful of surroundings and ensure we are safe/properly leashed up before heading outside.

About: I currently work full time as a veterinary technician and have years of experience with all types of animals. I also grew up on a farm and currently work on a horse farm as a hobby in my free time. I throughly enjoy pet sitting and spoil them as if they are my own. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people, their pets & all the different personalities i get to enjoy. I want to make your pets as comfortable & happy as possible while you’re away. I stick to their daily routines to have some normality while you’re gone. I have a lot of knowledge with animals and their health. I’ll be able to take care of your pet daily and if there is any emergencies or issues, I’ll know how to safely handle them. I’m also comfortable administrating medications. My schedule is pretty consistent each week. Each work day is typically 8 hours long but some days are shorter than others. Depending on location, lunch time breaks are available! My biggest responsibility is safety; keeping your pet safe while happy is my top priority. This goes for while on walks, adventures or even just bathroom breaks. As well as any sickness that may come up while you’re gone. Being a veterinary technician, i can realize a sickness sooner than others and know the right course of action.
