I will treat your dog with the same loving care that I provide for my own. I have been a dog owner and lover for the better part of my adult life and there is no other joy than the love I get from a dog. My friends have been telling me for years that should they die and come back as a dog they want to be my dog! I have a large fenced yard and as long as your dog is not a fence jumper or climber
there should be no issues, my fence is very secure. My promise to you is peace of mind knowing your dog is in good caring hands with me.
I chose to be a dog sitter because I enjoy the company of dogs. I enjoy taking them for walk, going to the park and playing games with them. My dogs enjoy the company of other dogs as well and as long as your dog is dog friendly they both will benefit from the socialization it would provide for them to be part of the dog sitting experience. I have owned and cared for dogs for nearly 20 years, including puppies, seniors and special needs dogs.
I do work a full time job so I am trying to make my availability suitable around that so your pet can get the proper care and attention he or she deserves. I work less than 10 minutes from home, so a mid day visit is certainly not out of the question and that time is usually relatively flexible that I can break away to let the dogs out.
As far as your dogs care, I am, for certain, the only one to provide such care.
For in my home visits and house sitting, I can spend roughly 6-8 hours with your dog, more if it is a weekend. For drop ins, I will spend the 30 minutes with your dog, providing potty breaks and exercise, at the minimum.
I do have a crate, a fully fenced back yard and can separate into rooms if needed. I will not host dogs that are dog or cat aggressive, that is not breed specific, I am open to all breeds as long as they do well with other pets.
