Outings depend on the temperament of the dog. Walks are either a nice stroll, a brisk walk/jog, or a good run! Almost all walks are solo (I only walk family members together) unless otherwise specified.
?A regular walk is vitally important for your pet's health. Obesity in pets is associated with a number of medical complaints including osteoarthritis, cardiovascular disease, liver disease and
insulin resistance.
Benefits of dog walks/running include improved cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, stronger muscles and bones (built up by walking regularly), and decreased stress. Not to mention dogs with sufficient exercise are less likely to become bored and destructive!
