I am capable of taking dogs on a leisure walk. I can also do a more active walk and even run a little bit with the dog. I am able to walk two dogs at a time if they are leash trained. I enjoy taking dogs on walks so I can get some exercise in as well. It's important for dogs to be walked every day and I am more than willing to do that for a pet owner. I would also treat the owners dog like it was my own. I absolutely love dogs and I spoil them like crazy, like they should be!

I love walking! And walking with a furry friend is twice the fun! Depending on your furry baby will depend on the type of walk and the duration. im very cautious when it comes to running into other dogs - even though your baby may be fine, the other furry friend may not be.

Your baby will be good walking Hans with their 4 paws ??

I feel more comfortable giving your dog the attention it needs while your away at work. this means i will be walking your beloved pet solo, and because they are the only one that matters the walk will reflect what they need. Weather they want a store leisurely stroll or a nice active run with a stop at the park for fetch i will accommodate your pets needs.

When I walk my dogs they can walk, smell, stop at any time. I basically follow their lead. I truly believe it is their time and they can do anything they want. I don't like to walk by other dogs. I prefer to stay away from trouble. I usually congratulate them if they pee or poop, I tell them "good job". I have experience walking two dogs at a time, I just think it is easy and you have control of the situation.
I have two dogs myself, unfortunately they are not with me right now and I miss them so much! I just have a lot of love to give to animals, and if I can help you taking car of your animals I will feel complete.

We would provide leisurely walks at a pretty quick pace around the neighborhood or in parks. We can walk at whatever pace the dog is used to. Walks would need to be done between the hours of 5pm - 10pm. We can handle 2-3 dogs being walked at a time. We can also provide play time during those hours (i.e. throwing balls/toys inside or outside)

Top tips for getting started with a dog walker in Frisco

  1. Look for a dog walker who has passed a background check.
  2. Ask a DogVacay dog walker for a free Meet-n-Greet. Take your pet for a short stroll in Frisco, letting the dog walker hold the leash. You’ll know quickly if this is the right person for your pet.
  3. Then visit your home with the dog walker, so your pet becomes comfortable with this person in the dog’s territory.
  4. Make plans for letting the DogVacay dog walker into your home. Some people may feel comfortable providing a key. Others keep a key in a combination lockbox. Many people use smart locks and programmable key codes.
  5. Discuss the length and route of the walk in your neighborhood in Frisco. Cover what kind of updates you want (such as a “bathroom” log or behavior notes).
  6. Explain what your treat policy is after a walk. Keep treats safely stored, and let the dog walker know where to find them.
  7. Make sure your pet has the right harnesses, collars, leashes and equipment for a safe and fun walk.
