2. Nicholas B.
“Upon reading reviews here on Rover, I was drawn to Nick’s profile; he seemed sincere, genuine, and caring. My instincts were correct and he has gone above and beyond to make sure my dog had the care and exercise that she needed. His punctuality is exemplary, as are his communication skills. I’m grateful to have found Nick, and I’m sure my Gracie is too.”

She was so great with my big 95 lb boxer and gave him lots of love. She made sure she was clear on instructions in order to deliver the best care possible :) bonus points for the photos she shared with me while she was taking care of my pup! THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️”

8. Rick C.
“Rick is not only a really great, honest, reliable guy, he is also incredibly caring to my dog, Remy. During our first meet and greet he offered to take Remy to the park with his two very well trained dogs Free of charge. He took him on a great 2 hour walk and sent me videos of Remy living his best life with his dogs, Bruno and Betty. When he brought Remy home, he even washed his paws from all the dirt from the park!! Sormething every large dog owner can absolutely appreciate!! He is going to be dogsitting for us in April for 5 nights while we are away. We will be able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing Remy is in Rick’s care. Trust me….Rick is a major find!! Your dogs will love him!”
9. Dawn T.

11. Steph I.
“After growing up with dogs her whole life, Stephanie adopted her first dog at a mere 20 years old. Since that day 9 years ago, her boxer Pebbles has been her number one priority. She is the epitome of a proud dog mom, constantly ensuring Pebbles is in optimal health and happy as can be. Stephanie socializes Pebbles with her own family dog and dogs in her neighborhood, and takes her on trips to the dog park and dog beach. She grooms her, shows her love and attention, and ultimately spoils her as all dogs deserve—this includes a subscription to BarkBox, in addition to regular trips to Starbucks for her beloved "Puppuccinos." Stephanie has the advantage of a remote job, allowing her to spend the vast majority of her day caring for Pebbles. I have no doubt Stephanie will extend this same love and attention to any dog in her care through Rover.”
12. Michael C.
“Michael stepped up on short notice. I was leaving on vacation and did not have a chance to meet him before I left. He was very kind to my dog Mandi and my Mom who was watching Mandi but unable to take her for walks. He kept both me and my Mom posted as to his daily arrival time. He was very kind to both of them. I will definitely reach out the next time I need to travel.”

About: I’ve always grown up with westies/cairn terriers but have dog sat and taken care of all types of dogs for my friends and family. My own pups at home had ACL issues so I’m familiar with any restrictions and special care that comes along with that. I’ve been to lots of training classes with my own dogs so if there’s anything you’re trying to reinforce or encourage with your own dog I would be happy to work on it during my time with your pup! I currently work 7 days bi-weekly, with every Monday/Tuesday off. On the days I do work I typically go into the office from 7-11 and then work from home for the rest of the day. I’m always up early thanks to my cat so I have no issue with doing early morning drop ins on either the days I go to work or my days off. After I leave the office I work on a need to basis which leaves a lot of my afternoons open for walks and drop ins. I’m currently not able to do any overnight stays in my home because of my own cat and lease agreement. During drop in visits I would make sure everything looked just the way you left it! Growing up with animals, I’ve seen every type of mess they can possibly make and know how to clean it all. For extended visits I have no problem tidying up, taking in packages and mail, etc.

15. Brian O.
“Brian was fantastic with Jackson. We went away on a long vacation and he took great care of him, especially when he got sad that we were gone for so long. Jackson loved being with Brian and we have full confidence leaving Brian with him any time we have to travel.”
16. Sarah H.
“Sarah comes and walks our dog Delta twice a week! She is easy to communicate with, friendly, flexible and trustworthy. Highly recommend! Thank you Sarah for being the extra help we needed for Delta since having a toddler has made our life very busy!!”

I love animals and always treat the animal I am pet sitting like my own. I am currently studying to become a dog trainer. And therefore are willing to help with some basic training if needed (sit, down, stay etc) Pet siting is currently my main job, so i have plenty of times to play with your pups and spend time with you cats and other furry friends ! i always make sure gates are close and no off leashes walks for dogs. i double check that doors are closed and that there is no object that could potentially hurt your pets

About: I've taken care of pets including: dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, and bunnies since I was 8 years old! My neighbors and friends have relied on me to take care of their fur babies while they were on vacation, at work, or if they had to be out of the house for a few hours. I love all pets, and am super flexible when it comes to scheduling! :) I currently work from home, so I am always available to care for your furry best friends! I usually prefer a 2-day notice, but am always willing to accept same-day inquiries :) I am unable to care for your fur baby in my home as I have ducks in the backyard as well as bunnies that live inside. However, I easily adapt to new environments, and will pay all of my attention to furry friend! I am able to administer medication if required as I have about 7 years of experience doing so, and will follow household rules if any are in place.
19. Vanessa A.
About: I have walked dogs since a young age and I currently have 2 dogs of my own who mean the world to me. They are my bundle of joy. I work a 4 day off work schedule that alternates throughout the week. On my days off I am available any hours during the day. As a dog owner myself I would take care everyone’s belongings & pup as if they are mine own. I think saying I am a dog lover isn’t sufficient to prove how far and beyond I would go for a pet.
20. Danielle C.
About: I have taken care of/owned dogs, rabbits, birds, hamsters, lizards, & fish my entire life! Since I was a child we have had dogs in our home and there was never a moment where we didn’t have a pet in our house. I am a HUGE animal lover and instantly fall in love with any animal I meet. Since moving in to our own house, we can’t afford to own our own pets, so we would love to be able to watch and take care of others! I work 9-5 during the week and WFH Mondays and Fridays. The only availability I would have to board animals is Thursday night to Monday afternoon. I wish I could do more time, but it wouldn’t be fair to anyone as I won’t be home Tuesday-Thursday. We have a fenced in yard and a lot of space for dogs to run around. Our home is also pretty spacious inside, so it won’t feel cramped! Whether in my home or the clients homes I always ensure to give a ton of love & care and ensure they have their exercise throughout the day, as well as as many bathroom breaks as needed.
