She thinks of everything ahead of time, like asking where we dispose of pop bags and if there is a street/area to avoid when walking the dog (to prevent coming across a known unfriendly animal). She even considered the weather and asked about a towel to dry off wet paws before coming back inside. She knows what she is doing and takes her responsiblity seriously. Our dog looked happy in the photos she sent us and we know she was well cared for. We will definitely use Rachel again.”
