I love walking, hiking, jogging, I have a park a mile away from my house and would love to go for walks/jogs with active pups and play at the park. The park usually has kids playing on the play ground and jogging paths. I have sidewalks all around my area so it is very safe.

I am an active individual who is able to walk multiple dogs at a time. I am flexible with the owner's desire in regards to how he/she would prefer their pet be walked. This includes longer distances, desired duration:, area walked, etc. I will generally be walking your animals solo, but if necessary I have friends and family that will be more than happy to help out!

Depending on your dogs mood or activity level that day, I could either take him on a walk around the neighbourhood, to a outdoor trail in the woods or play some catch in my backyard. If you dog is really energetic one day I might take him for a run with me in the woods. I will always have your pet on a leash unless he or she is in a contained area such as my home. I currently live in Worcester and know of two very nice dog friendly parks. If your pet likes to socialise I could bring them there. I prefer to walk 2-3 dogs at a time but if your pet works best alone; I can give them individualised attention.

I am comfortable walking multiple dogs at a time and taking dogs at the pace they need. I have walked toy-sized dogs and low-energy dogs as well as larger dogs and high-energy dogs that tend to like long hikes. I have lived in walkable cities for five years and can walk for miles at a time without tiring or stopping. I am familiar with good dog-walking etiquette and will clean up after any messes per city laws. I will avoid trespassing and use best practices when someone expresses interest in petting the dog. Most of all, dog walking is one of my favorite activities and I will take great pleasure in all the dogs I care for.

Pending on the dog and his/her personality we will gladly do whatever as long as the dog does not become stressed out in any way which in any case we can work with and make them fully comfortable in their temporary home. I have 15 years experience working with dogs and have a great sense of their emotions and can read them well and calm them when need be. My small apartment assures you that your dog will get the best supervision possible. I give my best to tend to the age of the dog and of course the owners requests. We will be active and go for walks and to parks as mostly active dogs love it to simply stretch their legs and feel free. Slow and easy for the senior dogs as they just enjoy life observing the surroundings of nature and taking it all in. It will always be great. I work only 20 minutes down the road at Quest Diagnostics and I travel home on lunch breaks to check in. I also work with Tufts and Becker College veterinary students who also stop in to offer ever more care for your pet whatever it may be. Your pup is guaranteed safe and to have a wonderful time here with Sully and I. Feel free to ask any questions and I will gladly answer ASAP. I also send updates and photos of your dog often enough so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind that your little one(s) is in good hands and lovin life. Thanks for checking us out and we hope to have you with us. Take care.

Depending on your dog's needs, we'll happily go on either a leisurely or active walk. We can explore the neighborhood, or if your pup has a local favorite place to walk, I'll be happy to bring them there. Typically, I walk one to two dogs at once, and never allow them off-leash.

I take leisurely walks with my dogs. They like to explore and sniff everything around them. Its always about them and their enjoyment of the outdoors, I usually walk my Dogs Zora and Brady together but once in a while Brady wants his walk alone with me, so I will walk them separately. Its amazing how much like children dogs are and need their own special time which I am more than happy to give. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood with many doggie friends around. We always meet up with thier doggie friends and all take walks togehter, its so good for all the dogs to have friends and spend time together. Their friends are of all sizes and breeds and they all get along so well. We host many doggie play times in the back yard.

Top tips for getting started with a dog walker in Worcester

  1. Look for a dog walker who has passed a background check.
  2. Ask a DogVacay dog walker for a free Meet-n-Greet. Take your pet for a short stroll in Worcester, letting the dog walker hold the leash. You’ll know quickly if this is the right person for your pet.
  3. Then visit your home with the dog walker, so your pet becomes comfortable with this person in the dog’s territory.
  4. Make plans for letting the DogVacay dog walker into your home. Some people may feel comfortable providing a key. Others keep a key in a combination lockbox. Many people use smart locks and programmable key codes.
  5. Discuss the length and route of the walk in your neighborhood in Worcester. Cover what kind of updates you want (such as a “bathroom” log or behavior notes).
  6. Explain what your treat policy is after a walk. Keep treats safely stored, and let the dog walker know where to find them.
  7. Make sure your pet has the right harnesses, collars, leashes and equipment for a safe and fun walk.
