I had to go out of town for a week. Not one time did i worried because i know she was in good hands. When i picked princess up not only did she train her to use the bathroom outside she also told me she think she has a bladder infection. I took her to the doctor and in fact she did. About: - always have had a pet and trained them all (even a rat) - have never had an animal become defensive when first meeting me - I’ll treat you furry friend and house as my own. I’ve helped repair an AC while the owners were gone so the dogs didn’t overheat. - my time with your pets or home is my main focus while you are gone - I do have a cat that simply just needs her bowls refilled but other than that I don’t need to be home if I were house sitting. I do Instacart for income while in school online, so am able to drop what I’m doing should a situation arise or if your pets have a set schedule I can work it into mine. For the home I always make sure the mail is checked, house doesn’t look empty and leave my car visible. For the pet/s I follow what ever instructions are given and do my best to make sure they don’t get bored and receive whatever exercise they normally get. - I am currently the go to for a client and she has had me back 10+ times

About: I’ve experienced owning and caring for dogs and cats my entire life. I am a dog and cat mom myself, and I would LOVE to care and spend time with your fur babies! I took an extracurricular Veterinary Assistant course in high school and was trained on proper CPR, handling, monitoring and diet. I also used to work at the Camp Bow Wow in Baton Rouge. I’ve been trying to find a way to make some extra money and I LOVE dogs, so dog walking is like the best of both worlds! I am very respectful of my clients home and property. I understand to be as professional as I can at all times and ensure the safety of your fur baby!

“I highly recommend Leah as a great pet caregiver! She's been fantastic with my cat Duchess and my dog Puddin! I found her though a local pet agency some time ago and used her for quite some time until she moved and we were devastated. My cat hates everyone but me and my wife - but Leah did an amazing job at building a relationship with her at a slow pace. She went above and beyond. Even though we told her she could leave early as long as she had food, water, and treats - Leah stayed for the full time and would just sit on the bottom of the stairs reading to her and talking. She eventually worked her way up to where I think duchess liked her more than me. She follows up well while we're on vacation when she's watching our babies. Even sent funny pics of the both of them that always made our day! She's even helped us out when we foster pets with a local group.”

About: I have grown up with animals all my life: horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, goats, etc. I have years of experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I have also helped deliver puppies and helped raised them until they were rehomed. I have been trusted with neighbors, family, friends, and co workers to watch over their animals while they were away. I have a dog of my own (1 year old bichon frise) with whom your dogs will be able to play with! I have many years of experience training and dealing with puppies, and caring for senior dogs. I am available at any time. Along with other services upon demand, I can board your fur babies for as long as you need! :) I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have plenty of space for them to run around! They have plenty of room to run and play with my small dog inside as well! Your fur babies are allowed on the furniture and have the entire house as their playground and tons of toys!

About: I love dogs as my family. I have trained and taken care of my friends and family pets as my own. I enjoy stimulating their mind with tricks and physically getting them to exercise through walks and/ fetching!! I work from home so during my breaks i do cuddle breaks & shorts walks around the neighborhood and /or sometimes play fetch in my backyard. On the weekend we spend time at the park near my house or we do home hikes. I always start our day with a good morning hug and then we go use the bathroom outside. After, we get ready for the day and have breakfast and then go for a walk. We get back home to start work and we take several breaks throughout the day to do some exercise and loving, until work is done for the day. The backyard is open and available throughout the day ( doggy door available). After work we go for a longer exercise session and then home for dinner. After dinner its time to hang out around the house. When its time for bed we go out one more time to use the bathroom. And then its time for bed.
