Whether it's a solo adventure with a pup or multiple dogs at once, I love walking dogs! My wife and I have a 6 year old Weimaraner, so I'm no stranger to high energy breeds that love lots of exercise. Walking a pup is an important part of their day and I love seeing happy dogs on leash out for adventure.

Would prefer to walk dog solo unless pups walk well together. Active if dogs walk well together on trails close to your home or leisurely around your neighborhood. Husband and wife love hiking, however, must be light easy trails when walking dogs. Willing to work with family on requests.

I can provide whatever kind of walk your dog needs: fast-paced and active or leisurely and relaxed. Walking one dog at a time is preferred unless the dogs are smaller and well-behaved on the leash. If walking at your house, if you have a recommended route, just let us know. If walking near our house, there are two parks nearby: Boulder Park, and Memorial Park. All harnesses and leashes should be provided by pet owner.

I can walk a dog solo or with others depending on preference and number of pets. Open to jogging with your dog if you would like a more upbeat exercise. Also open to leisure walks or trips to a local park. Walks definitely depend on the preference of the owner.

Sometime you work late or just don't have the time to take your fur baby out to stretch their legs, and that's okay! In the beautiful state of Colorado there is so much to enjoy outdoors. Let your loss be my gain in taking your sweet baby or babies out to take in the beautiful scenery! With my flexible student schedule I am able to come by once or multiple times a day to get some extra exercise in for your fur kiddos!

Lengthy hikes around mountain trails and walks at Bear Creek Dog Park. I have a black lab/border collie that always hikes with me, her name is Daisy and she is my favorite companion. I typically hike with a friend but also like to go solo as long as I have a dog by my side. I often look for water as that is what my dog loves.

Solo walks, either leisurely or active Im always looking for a furry partner to tag along on outdoor adventures. Whether we go to the park for a quick loop, or fetch, or an extensive hike, your dog will be exercised well! Depends on your preference and your dogs ability. All will be accommodated!

I can walk one or multiple dogs. I would appreciate no more then 3-4 at a time that have to either live together or extremely dog friendly. Most walks would be leisure and I can play fetch, tug-of-war, take them to parks etc... Potty trained is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Positive reinforcement will be initiated for good behavior upon approval or request of owner.
I prefer not to have contact with animals of any aggression. However, I can handle it and have no fear of dealing with situations like that, depending on the animal and if it is directed at me or just aggression in general towards other runners, walkers or pets.

I can provide any and all services pertaining to dog walking! Dogs with disabilities, the speed demons, leash pullers, you name it.

I can do leisurely walks, jogging/running, and multiple dogs (as long they all get along with each other of course). If your dog prefers to take walks alone and not be around a lot of people or other animals I can provide that as well.

Walking together is also a good time to do leash training. Whether they be leash aggressive or have issues with pulling on the leash these are both things I have trained with in the past.

I would take the dog or dogs to the park and we would have a walk based on the dog's age, personality and exercise need/energy level. I would be the person walking the dogs and if I am hired for multiple dogs there may be more than one dog on the walk.

Top tips for getting started with a dog walker in Colorado Springs

  1. Look for a dog walker who has passed a background check.
  2. Ask a DogVacay dog walker for a free Meet-n-Greet. Take your pet for a short stroll in Colorado Springs, letting the dog walker hold the leash. You’ll know quickly if this is the right person for your pet.
  3. Then visit your home with the dog walker, so your pet becomes comfortable with this person in the dog’s territory.
  4. Make plans for letting the DogVacay dog walker into your home. Some people may feel comfortable providing a key. Others keep a key in a combination lockbox. Many people use smart locks and programmable key codes.
  5. Discuss the length and route of the walk in your neighborhood in Colorado Springs. Cover what kind of updates you want (such as a “bathroom” log or behavior notes).
  6. Explain what your treat policy is after a walk. Keep treats safely stored, and let the dog walker know where to find them.
  7. Make sure your pet has the right harnesses, collars, leashes and equipment for a safe and fun walk.
