When I take dogs for a walk, it usually entails a brisk walk around a neighborhood. Depending on the dog and the environment, it can be multiple dogs or just one. If the dog is older, of course it would be a little bit slower to accommodate for age. I have walked dogs from all varieties. Some have been tuggers, and some have done fairly well not tugging. If the dog tugs, I can handle and stand my
ground. If the pup needs a little more energy for being outside, I'm happy to go for a run. I usually do not run more than a mile or two, but it is a great way to get more activity out of the dog. If the dog is good off leash, and in a safe environment, we can reach a point in the walk where I may throw a ball or another toy for the dog. Pretty much, if your pup needs a special instruction, I am more than happy to do it.
