I offer one-on-one dog walking for ALL dogs! I LOVE all dogs, big or small, young or old. I have no breed preferences and have worked with special needs dogs, rescues and dogs with disabilities.
Having been a Veterinary Technician for many years, I decided to do something FUN with dogs and pets, so I started pet sitting and dog walking and I LOVE IT!
I have First Aide/CPR training and I am qualified to administer medications.
My walks are private, although I do walk more than one dog at a time if they live together. I avoid dog parks and keep my client's dogs away from dogs that I am not familiar with. I set the pace of my walks on your dog's energy level so walks are fast paced or leisurely depending on your doggie..

Walks to the park or other open spaces where the dog can play or relax as pleased. Always taken care as if it is mine, considering them as any family member that requires special attention. I enjoy spending time with dogs and cats and doing it professionally is great.

I leisurely walk dogs usually around the neighborhood. If you need more active walking let me know but I'm not a runner so I won't be running with any of the dogs I get for this service. I will likely be walking dogs solo. So I won't have another dog while walking yours.

If I do will likely will be because they are in the same neighborhood. I walk dogs at a good pace so they get some exercise. I've handled all different types and sizes of dogs.

Walks are leisure walks near the owners home or a local park nearby. I usually only walk one dog at a time unless the dog is super social, then I might bring my dog as well...he lives for walks and meeting other dogs! At my home, I will walk up to 3 dogs at a time within a close vicinity. Since, I work from home, I am able to do walks throughout the day while folks are at work or away for a weekend for a day trip or something like that.

Hello! my name is melissa I am 18 years old I am a high school graduate and will soon further my education but as of now I am taking a year off to focus on cultural activities. I will eventually attend Carrington college and will strive for my dream career as a vet technician. I was born and raised in San Jose California near the willow glen area but my family and I are direct decedents from Yosemite. I am currently volunteering t aa group organization called pathways to American Indian and Alaskan native wellness which is mostly focused towards healthy lifestyles for Indigenous tribes but now I am focusing towards my passion for animals. I love and adore all animals. I never get tired of playing with them or being around them. I have been around animals since the day I came home from the hospital. I currently have two dogs and two cats. If hired for the job your pet would be treated as my own love exercise snuggles and all plus with daily notifications to let you know how your pet is doing!My services also include light house keeping. I like to have Calm, solo, adventure walks. Love to explore new places and hoping to do so with some new doggie friends . Dog walks are always on leash for safety and I will only walk one dog at a time, unless asked other wise, to make bonding with your dog more comfortable and easier for them. I don't mind walking two pups at a time if its something your pup needs. I.e won't go anywhere without his brother or sister, it's completely fine with me if a buddy tags along. I also have portable water bowls too for long walks to keep your pup fully hydrated.

Leisurely walks, with one, some or all dog of the household (per clients request). Walks including feeding, fresh h20, meds, taking in mail, etc. The walk will last the majority of the visit. The rest of the time we will be in the home provide the services listed above.

Before I graduated UCLA in June 2016, my friend referred me to a local family that needed their dog walked. I was scheduled 2-3 times a week to walk their dog Molly, a brown lab. The walks were solo and leisurely, but I would love to walk multiple dogs if needed!

Note: I love cats and offer cat sitting as well as dog sitting! I’m happy to visit your kitty while you’re away.

Your dog (and cat) will receive my undivided attention during walks to relieve boredom while you are busy working or overnight pet sitting while you're on vacation.

It's my goal to provide your dog with exercise and companionship as well as a potty break so that your pooch will be tired and relaxed until you come back home.

My qualifications include: DogTec Advanced Certified Dog Walker, Certificate in Canine Assessment and Counseling from the Academy of Dog Behavior and Certificate in Dog Training Knowledge from CATCH Canine Trainers Academy.

Attending seminars and continuing education courses in the field of animal behavior keeps me busy when I'm not working or volunteering at local shelters.

Before becoming a professional dog walker, I was a part-time pet sitter for friends, neighbors, co-workers and employers.

I have a lot of experience in walking dogs, as I have two of my own and have watched friends and family members pets in the past. I love to be outside in general, so I can take your dog on a leisurely walk around the neighborhood, to the park to let him run around, or even on a light hike if the weather is permitting. At most, I can handle walking two dogs at once. Whatever kind of activity you wish for your dog while you are gone I am open to!
