“Highly recommend! This is our 2nd reservation with her - the first time she watched our dogs at her house while we were on vacation - this time came over to our's during the week to walk & feed the dogs while we're at work.
She's great with the dogs, very reliable (easy to reach and came on schedule each day) and even though it's just an hour a day she sent multiple cute pics and gave helpful updates!”

I enjoy taking pups on walks around Village Park, which is right outside my doorstep. As well, I head to Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve where dogs are allowed. And, if the owner says it's okay, and there's enough time, I enjoy taking pups to the Dog Park on Main Street in Redwood City

Willing to travel five miles. We normally walk with one dog at a time or two dogs from one family at a time. We can also feed your dog as well if you want. We will take photos and report back to you after walking (number of pee and poo etc). Also we will make sure that your dog does not eat any foods from the street.
If there is any other service that you want us to do, please let us know.

The walks would be solo with only the guest dog and they could be leisurely or active depending on the owner's preferences. I would do a multiple dog walk only if the pet parents are okay with it in advance. Leisure walks could be just around the block or in the neighborhood. Active walks could be going for a small jog or going on a hike.

Depending on the need of the dog, walks can be leisurely or active meaning we can either walk around the neighborhood or go for a small hike around the area. If the dog needs socialization, multiple dogs can be included, I have access to three larger dogs for socialization but it is not required. Training walks are also an option where I work with the dog's behavioral problems while you are away.
Progress reports will be given after every walk if this is needed.

As a professional fitness instructor, I can accommodate all levels of activity from the adorable bully that wants to be carried back to the GSP's that can outrun us all.
The only reason we don't have a dog of our own is that we don't live in a dog-friendly home. I think the best solution is to share my affection with all the other dogs in the area. My mission is to make every pooch's day as fun
and bright as it can be each and every time.
For dog walking services, the prices listed are for group walking (2-3 pups). But I've had a lot of experience and requests for walking dogs that need the royal treatment. For $45/hour I'm happy to provide one-on-one attention.
Lastly, the max number of dogs I'll walk together is 3.

Top tips for getting started with
a dog walker in Redwood City
Look for a dog walker who has passed a background check.
Ask a DogVacay dog walker for a free Meet-n-Greet. Take your pet for a short stroll in Redwood City, letting the dog walker hold the leash. You’ll know quickly if this is the right person for your pet.
Then visit your home with the dog walker, so your pet becomes comfortable with this person in the dog’s territory.
Make plans for letting the DogVacay dog walker into your home. Some people may feel comfortable providing a key. Others keep a key in a combination lockbox. Many people use smart locks and programmable key codes.
Discuss the length and route of the walk in your neighborhood in Redwood City. Cover what kind of updates you want (such as a “bathroom” log or behavior notes).
Explain what your treat policy is after a walk. Keep treats safely stored, and let the dog walker know where to find them.
Make sure your pet has the right harnesses, collars, leashes and equipment for a safe and fun walk.
