About: I've been a wag walker in San diego for awhile. That app just seems less popular here so trying out rover. Good with last minute bookings I work from home a good amount of the time and am a very active person so frequent walks or dog park trips are not a problem. I live in an apartment building and live alone with no other pets. And telework half of the week so plenty of time to give attention to pets

About: I've helped with caring for my family's pets for 25+ years as well as sitting for friends pets for the past few years. I finally have my own (big) pup & he is my whole world 🤗 I just finished taking puppy training classes & will soon be taking intermediate classes:) I work locally so I'm available before 8am, 12-1pm & after 5pm Mondays- Thursdays for drop-ins and walks; Every other Friday, plus Saturdays and Sundays, I am available anytime for drop-ins, walks & pet-sitting in your home :) I will follow your care instructions when caring for your pet in your home :) I am great with communication so I will be available for any updates, questions and cute pics of your pets while they're in my care

About: I have experience dogsitting for many friends for periods of a few days and as long as two weeks. I have had numerous dogs as pets for all of my life. I currently volunteer with dogs at the Milo Foundation and in the past, have volunteered with dogs at the Oakland Animal Shelter. I love all animals - dogs being my favorite! I'm happy to hang with your dog at home or go for a nice walk - whatever they want! I am available evenings and weekends and potentially early morning before going into work. I have experience with senior and baby pets - including baby fowl. I’ve even got some pig-care experience. I work from home so can easily adapt my work schedule around pet care needs for morning or mid day needs. But can also form solid routines and schedules for planning care. Dog friends are welcome on furniture. My apartment is two floors up so must be ok with stairs. Nom toxic plants in home. No chemicals used to clean flooring.

“Karina was great. We got updates on all of our dog Calvin's walks, and pictures were great to have too. Calvin has a new friend and Karina definitely spoiled him with longer walks and attention. Calvin can be a bit anxious but took to Karina right away. It was comforting to know that we could count on her to take Calvin out at the prescribed times and didn't have to worry. This was Calvin's first time with a dog walker (he used to go to a pet boarding facility) and we felt he would be more comfortable staying in his own home - with Karina's help, that turned out to be just the right thing to do! In the future, we'll definitely use Karina whenever she's available!”

About: I used to walk, and bathe a lot of my neighbors dogs, especially the older neighbors. I have a dog of my own who I basically raised myself and always take care of. I currently do not have a job so I am always available. I am always taking my dog on walks and making sure she’s clean. I do not let any of my floors be dirty. I never would want them to step or choke on something. I make sure to keep my door fenced and make sure they’re fed and enjoying themselves.
