i normally walk them to the park and take toys for them to play or interact with each other depending if they are social. if they aren't social than I'll just play or run with them myself just to try to tire them out. i always tend to bring water for them just in case they do become dehydrated. Than walk back home after being at the park for an hour or 2 or until they become bored.

WHEN WALKING, CLIENTS' DOGS WILL ACCOMPANY MY OWN FOR THE BENEFIT OF COMPANY AND INCREASED SOCIAL INTERACTION. I WILL UTILIZE LOCAL WALKING AREAS WITH ESTABLISHED WALKWAYS INCLUDING PARKS. I WILL HAVE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE IF CLIENT WISHES THEIR PET TO ATTEND ONE OF TWO LOCAL DOGS PARKS. ANY AREAS USED FOR WALKING OR EXCERCISE ARE LOW TRAFFIC AREAS AND REMOVED FROM HIGH VOLUME TRAFFIC AREAS.

Depending on the day of the week and amount of time, I like taking dogs on leasure walks, hiking trails, and the doggie parks. I would be more than happy to provide picture of your pup having fun with me :). The leaure walk could be in the area such as around your or my neighborhood. As for hikes depending on how adventurous im feeling it would be a one hour flat rate even if our hikes may take a little longer.

I'm a fast walker, but I usually just go at the pace of the dog. If he or she wants to pee on everything I'll let them. I have walked up to three small dogs at a time no problem. For longer walks the pace is usually slower. I always carry doggy bags and pick up after my dogs.

I like to allow dogs to walk at their own pace and adapt to them. It's very important that the pet is comfortable. Making sure that the pet is comfortable ensures that the dog enjoys the walks and in turn, feels comfortable with me. I like to treat my walker clients as if they are my own pets.
