2. Stephanie C.
“Stephanie has walked our lab on a couple occasions. She’s fantastic! Great with our dog and sends a picture and summary of their walk after. She also always shows up right at the time discussed which I really appreciate!”
3. Joseph M.
“Joseph evidently has a way with dogs. Even my nervous German Shepherd. In a matter of 30 mins filled with patience and confidence he managed to get my 90lb dog to engage with him in positive interactions and that is almost a miracle for my dog who has had little socialization. Not everyone knows how to handle big dogs so I am super thankful to have found Joseph! He is communicative, genuine and timely. Looking forward to booking more sessions for my Enzo!”

8. Kristi L.
“Kristi is so sweet and energetic and truly a dog lover! My dog had an accident in the house and she diligently cleaned up the mess which she totally did NOT need to do! She was more concerned about the well being of my pup! She is always my first pick!”

“First meeting with our “pup” and he enjoyed his walk, treats and belly rub.”
10. Felix V.
“Felix was a wonderful dog walker and support for our housesitter while we were away for 9 days. Our dog took to him right and away, and if you said “Felix,” our dog would race to the gate wagging her tail :). Felix was prompt and responsive on texts…we are so appreciative to have found him!”
11. Nate B.
“Amazing experience with Nate, who walked our dog daily for a week. He was prompt with timing and communication- this was appreciated as I was out of town and loved the updates! Nate is easy going, kind, and good natured. He is professional and I felt confident having him open and close the house up. My dog immediately took a liking to him and enjoyed the visits and walks. Most importantly, you can tell Nate genuinely loves animals and taking care of them. Would recommend to anyone, and use again in a heartbeat.”

About: - Fear Free Certified - Insured with Pet Sitters Associates - Nearly 10 years of experience Proudly providing a cozy second home for your pet! I started out pet sitting years ago when my cousin’s family needed me to watch their Pomchi while they were on vacations. Said Pomchi now loves me so much that the mere mention of my name sends her into rapturous zoomies! The feeling is very much mutual, of course. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve taken on multiple clients as a dog walker and sitter since then, mostly met spontaneously while out on walks. I work from home and and have a flexible schedule. I'm at home most of the time, working on my laptop. I have a few regular clients I do drop-ins for in the mornings and evenings, and of course I take my dog and whoever is staying with me for at least one walk every day. This is often my main form of daily exercise, so I cherish these walks. Safety is my top priority, but I also strive to provide an enjoyable and stress-free experience for your pet. I love connecting on an emotional level to animals through play, pets, and snuggling, making sure to read their body language closely and always respecting their boundaries. When your pet stays with me, they can expect a quiet, calm, private area with blankets, toys, water, and a crate available to them if they want it. Meals will be served exactly according to your specifications, and in general I will do my best to minimize any changes to your pet's normal routine and environment. They will of course be more than welcome to hang out with me and my dog in the main living room area as well. I'm also experienced in house sitting and have no problem doing tasks such as moving garbage bins, taking in mail and newspapers, and more. I ask that all clients type up a simple cheat sheet listing the pet’s feeding/walk/potty schedule, notes on the pet’s needs and personality, and any notes or requests regarding caring for the home if the job includes house sitting. Finally, please try to ensure your pet is relatively stink-free before dropping them off for boarding or daycare. Many thanks :)
13. Taylor K.
“Taylor was wonderful. Always on time, loving and caring to our pups. She tolerated rain, cold and darkness. A real trooper and asset to your company. Would definitely ask for her again.”
14. Kit T.
“Kit is a wonderful! Cooper loves going on walks with her. She is super reliable and communicative. She came to our house for meet and greet before we confirmed her service. We are lucky to have found her on Rover! Thank you!”
15. Audrey G.
“We have used Audrey a couple times weekly over the past month. On time, she knows the drill and proper obedience commands for a very excited 1 year old. Notice our dog taking a nap after her visits, less often when we take him on similar routes. Safe, communicates clearly and quickly - glad she is close and available.”
16. Michael B.
“Michael was amazing with our dogs. The dogs enjoyed being out and about trying to make new doggy friends. He was attentive to my doggy needs and I highly recommend using his services. It gives me piece of mind that on long work days there someone out there who cares for my dogs just as much.”
17. Tracey P.
“Tracey Perkins is a very responsible and caring person. Anyone's dog baby would be in good hands. Also, she is dependable and observant. Tracey enjoys each walk with her furry friend.”
18. Samantha K.
“I've known Samantha Kauffman ever since she was born. Samantha has grown up with dogs and I can attest she loves them very much. First it was Boomer, a Sheltie, who had a mind of his own, however, Samantha was able to connect with him. Next it was Bootsie, who Samantha named, she was a black and white Welsh Cardigan Corgi who was with us for 14.5 years. Bootsie was a very intelligent, loving canine, who had a significant impact on our lives. Samantha's first dog of her own was Casey, a Pembroke Corgi, who Samantha rescued from the Richmond, VA SPCA. Casey, also extremely intelligent, was devoted to her and lived out his life in extremely capable hands. Samantha also worked at the Richmond, VA SPCA and knows first hand the plight of animals. I would highly recommend Samantha as a dog sitter for your canine family member.”
19. Destiny & Treonna E.
“They did a great job. Came by my house while at work, played with my Australian Cattle Dog in the back yard for a bit before taking him on a walk around the neighborhood. They provided photos and text update on the training he worked on. He is a very high energy dog and a little reactive on leash because of his energy and they did well with him! Recommend them as dog walkers!”
20. Victoria S.
“Victoria has been great! My dog takes a while to gain trust, and Victoria understood what was needed to gain his trust”
