“When we needed to find someone kind and with training and dog-handling experience to walk our girls (huskies… older but still active) when away, and someone we could feel good about, we were delighted to find Zetong (Hazel) on Rover. We’ve already had a great Meet & Greet and a walk. We appreciated Hazel’s kind, gentle nature with our pups, especially our very shy one, but are glad she’s also had training with a wide variety of dogs to manage our fun but sometimes more “twitchy” one. Hazel was collaborative with our other long-time dog-walker and my mom (who stays with our pups when needed) when we arranged to all meet. She was generous with her time at our first meeting, asked good questions (especially as one of our girls has a medical situation to be aware of), is in a position to offer flexibility… and our girls were already overjoyed to see her the 2nd time! We believe our girls are in good hands with Hazel and will be booking with her again going forward.”

“Cheryl was great with coco, we did and meet and greet before our date walk and that helped a lot since I hadn’t had that with anyone else, it sure made me happy to know the person before. Cheryl is very caring and made sure that coco had enough food and water before she left. I would definitely book her again.”

You can tell how much she loves dogs just watching her interact with her own and the ones she takes care of. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her to take care of my horse, bunny, dog even monkey if I owned one! She's great.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs! I also have a dog and cat of my own so I’m very familiar with what they need day-to-day. I am a hardworking junior in college at UCSB and am fairly flexible with scheduling as I’m taking on a reduced course load this quarter. I live in Isla Vista and can easily drive anywhere nearby. I am always respectful of other’s homes and my topmost priority is the safety and happiness of your pet!

“Helena was so great with my Lucy girl! I just got back from vacation and came down with a nasty little cold and she was able to come within two hours of my request and take my dog on a nice hour long walk. She sent lots of pictures, carried a portable water dish and even took a small Polaroid to give to me when she arrived back with my dog!
