Rachel made contact with my mother in law as well as coordinated arrangements to pick up Scrappy and watch her for the remainder of the trip. I was at ease knowing Rachel is comfortable with having Scrappy with her dogs as well. Scrappy became very comfortable at Rachel’s home and joined the pack. “I found Kat randomly through a suggestion on a facebook group and thank goodness I did! Kat has been watching our 4 small chihuahua mixes for a few years now and I can’t imagine having anyone else watch them. We leave them with her several times a year anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks with no worries at all. She is absolutely amazing!!! She treats them as if they were her own and they LOVE going to her house. They squeal with joy in the car on the way there when they realize where they are going. Her backyard is fenced in, secure and a beautiful space for them to run around in. Our dogs are very particular about their crates, blankets and food but Kat has it all figured out. She even melted our old, grumpy male dogs heart who normally hates everyone. They all get along great with her sweet dog, Cricket. You couldn’t find a better person to leave your pets with than Kat!”

About: Hi there! We are Kaitlyn and Jorge, two professionals embracing our opportunity to travel and work remotely full-time. We have pet and house sat regularly since we moved out of DC in 2022. We are newer to Rover but have been using other apps and are more than happy to share references. We both grew up in animal-loving homes - with dogs (black lab, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Terrier mix, Great Dane mix, Beagle, and Australian Shepherd) + a rabbit, turtle, and fish. Over the past several years, we have lived with pets and taken on dog, cat, plant and house sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. Our collective knowledge and communication makes us a great team so we’re able to care for multiple pets well. We also have experience caring for chickens and other farm animals. We like a clean home and will keep yours that way too. Please contact us with inquiries. We work remotely, so are flexible depending on availability. We can be booked for home and pet sitting with advanced notice. Dog walking can be done on shorter notice and can be done at different times of the day. We love pets and value our client’s trust. We rely on many years of experience caring for pets, and supplement that with clear communication with each other and our clients. We are great with directions and will ask questions about the care your home and pet require when unsure.

About: I’ve cared for my own dog since I was 12 and babysat many friends pets! I was also a dog nanny for 3 years where I drove or flew dogs from shelters and responsible breeders all over the US to give them forever homes. I’d love to care for your pets when you might not have time to! I am currently in between jobs because of off season approaching so I am available full time for any pet sitting needs! I’d love to help you out with around the clock care! As of now my apartment is a not pet friendly but I’d be more then happy to stop by your house or stay overnight to make sure your pets needs are met.
