Willing to walk from 1 to multiple dogs at a time,
Don't mind driving to a dog park and play, throw ball, etc.
walking leisurely, active, etc.
Don't mind watching, feeding, and cleaning up poop for horses.
I love all animals, especially dogs from the active to the geriatric ones.
My CPR and Medical Assistance was valid in the state of NC.
If I know something is not right with an animal, I would either contact the owner or take the animal to the nearest vet.
If I had the funding, I would open a doggie daycare/resort for pets!!!

**With it being HOT weather here, I do NOT offer dog walking in the HOT weather season **

Walks depend on the dog and what the owner/client wants. I don't run, so no running will be done, but i can slow walk, walk normal or fast walking. I can walk up to 2 dogs at 1x. I prefer 1 on 1 walks, but I don't turn down multiple dogs at 1x.

My only firm request is dogs must behave well on a leash or be in puppy stage learning leash time. No pullers will be accepted.

I will pace myself to your dog's needs. I can do either solo walks or one other "partner" walk (does not have to be from same family). I will have water on hand, as well as a small backpack with emergency and first aid supplies. A trip to the dog park can be done in place of walks and is ordered by combining a 30 minute plus 60 minute walk. Dog Park excursions are 2 hour excursions round trip.

We have 1 acre fully fenced and crossed fenced for your dog to romp and play with friends or have their own private area to play solo. We have lots of toys and love to play outside to help get mental and physical exercise. Dogs are never left outside alone without supervisor. Your pet will be treated like a member of the family and given lots of love and cuddles while here. We allow full access of the home, but also have crates for thoes who prefer their own private safe space in a separate room away from all the commotion and other pets. I look foward to meeting your four pawed family member and having them stay with us.

I am capable of walking multiple dogs at once, or going solo with just one dog. Leisurely walks to the park to play fetch or to just run around and meet other dogs, I like to spend at least 30 minutes or more outside with the dogs to get them fresh air and exercise.

Top tips for getting started with a dog walker in Buckeye

  1. Look for a dog walker who has passed a background check.
  2. Ask a DogVacay dog walker for a free Meet-n-Greet. Take your pet for a short stroll in Buckeye, letting the dog walker hold the leash. You’ll know quickly if this is the right person for your pet.
  3. Then visit your home with the dog walker, so your pet becomes comfortable with this person in the dog’s territory.
  4. Make plans for letting the DogVacay dog walker into your home. Some people may feel comfortable providing a key. Others keep a key in a combination lockbox. Many people use smart locks and programmable key codes.
  5. Discuss the length and route of the walk in your neighborhood in Buckeye. Cover what kind of updates you want (such as a “bathroom” log or behavior notes).
  6. Explain what your treat policy is after a walk. Keep treats safely stored, and let the dog walker know where to find them.
  7. Make sure your pet has the right harnesses, collars, leashes and equipment for a safe and fun walk.
