About: In my 67 years, I was only about 20 years without a cat and/or a dog. They are a continuation of the family, enriching our lives. I am retired so I can be available pretty much when needed. However, I do have a preference for the time between 9 am and 6 pm. A cat or dog is like family and in particular grandchildren ( of which I have 4); experience has taught me that the most rewarding time with them is the time spend one-on-one.

About: I am a person who loves animals and strives to offer a safe, secure and fun environment for your pet. I am attentive and loving and have a long history of taking care of animals. Your pet will get loving attention and will have the opportunity to socialize with a friendly cocker spaniel and a friendly cat. Your pet will also get lots of exercise if that’s appropriate. I am flexible and easy going and will follow your instructions for your pet. I want you to feel assured that your pet will be happy and safe while you are away. I am available mostly on weekends and holidays for overnight care but there is flexibility as well. I can offer specialized care for your pet’s unique needs as well. Just let me know! About: Throughout my life I have cared for many animals of all kinds, including large and small dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rabbits, and even livestock such as horses and llamas. I started training dogs when I was 10 years old, and large animals when I was 12. I have experience with animals that may have special needs, such as ill or senior pets, and prioritize pets health and happiness. I am currently a student at the University of Lethbridge, but have time through most of the week, and am flexible to your needs, as I can work check-in's around my classes on weekdays. I am also available through the weekends. I prioritize the safety and happiness of the animals that I work with. This may include taking more time as needed to make sure that the animals are comfortable with me being around, as well as ensuring that they are secure and responsive if they are being taken out for walks. In my own home, I maintain a somewhat strict schedule for pet care, and will extend the same care to your pets as well.
