Welcome to CooPawz!
My husband and I are dog lovers and proud fur parents of our five-year-old Yorkie Chunky. We have been dog sitting for a couple years now and have experience with many dog breeds and personalities.
We require a meet and greet at a public location with your pup present to determine if we are a good fit for each other. We generally care for small to medium sized dogs, but we do accept one large dog at a time.
We will always take care of your pup per your instructions. We want your fur baby to feel as if they never left your care so we will follow any accommodations or rules that you have set in place.
The health and safety of your fur baby and the cleanliness of our home is our top priority! We will do everything we can to keep them happy and returned to you safely.
Dogs in our care are always kept indoors except during playtime and potty breaks. We do not take dogs out on walks outside our house. Our backyard is always cut and the sides are closed off for visibility. We have a big backyard so there is plenty of space to run around!
We do not feed openly or leave food out, they are either fed in their crate, playpen, or in a separate room. There are no items left lying around on the floor. Toys meant for small breeds is a choking hazard for a bigger breed so we do not use them at all. Clean water is always available inside and outside so your fur baby will never be dehydrated!
Our first floor is wood tile and vacuumed daily. We do not spray chemicals inside or outside for insects, weeds, etc. Dog poop is never left out in the open; it is immediately picked up and thrown in the trash.
For your convenience, we have beds, bowls, crates, playpens, and poop bags.
