Overall, this was a great experience. Amber was very communicative before and during the stay. She was quick to reply to messages prior to booking. She did an excellent job keeping me updated on how the stay went after I dropped the dogs off. I was more than impressed. One of our dogs has glaucoma, requires extra care and administering medication. Again, Amber handled it like a pro. Will definitely use her again in the future.
