It seems like our dog was well cared for. However, we only got 1 update on how she was doing. Also, this host is too expensive. There were a few "miscommunications" which ended up costing us more money than we expected (Shannon told me one thing and then did something else). Shannon's "cancellation" policy is too strict for us and there wasn't much flexibility that I am used to from the several other hosts that we have used before. I will be more cautious with the next host we use... only using someone with a "flexible cancellation policy" from now on. Someone who is more lenient regarding changing plans, picking up "late", etc.

Shannon took such good care of Jack! He was happy and exhausted when he got home. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our furbaby while we were gone. He'll definitely be back!
