I have been a loving dog owner since 1995. I am intuitive and gentle with dogs. Even though my listing says I take in small and medium size dogs, I'm happy with dogs up to 60 lbs.
You would select me if you want your beloved dog to have unlimited one-on-one time and a very smart, ambassador-like companion.
My beautiful Ben is 9 years old and a highly trained, gentle male Border Collie. He loves other dogs and is gentle with even the tiniest of dogs.
I live in a wonderful highrise apartment with a large balcony that is very quiet. Right outside is a field to play and a park to walk and play. Ben loves meeting his dog friends who are neighbors to run and play.
I am sensitive to different types of diets and I'm happy to administer medications when necessary. I prefer that dogs who stay with us have a minimum of an updated rabies vaccination.
I work at home so, I am not gone regularly. Ben is by my side and we will be happy to have your gentle dog with us when you need a good home to leave him or her with.
It's a perfect day care situation because I'm home most of the time and take breaks from my work to walk and play with Ben during the day. I'm flexible with drop off and pick up times and can accommodate long work days.
If you've heard of and/or have been wanting to implement the GENTLE LEADER into your walking routine but are still experiencing pulling or inappropriate behavior with outside (and inside) behavior, I can get your dog on track where they feel a sense of peace and safety while walking. Just use the training option and by the time you return from your trip, your dog will be trained with good behavior with this excellent walking technique.
What I love about the Gentle Leader is that your dog will begin to measure his/her weight and strength with the walker and their movements. With this technique the dog feels more connected to the owner/walker, not less. The dog experiences a sense of safety and calm while the owner has a sense of control that makes all safe.
If your dog has a history of even one violent attack with another dog or a human, we aren't the right second home for your precious pooch.
