Hello there! I am a 23 y.o. young woman from France living in Brooklyn. I am currently working from home and have plenty of time to take care of a lovely dog. I grew up surrounded by a lot of animals, I owned rabbits, hamsters, cats and, of course, dogs. I had my first dog at the age of 13. Living abroad and on my own since 4 years now, I am missing one (or several) little furry companions to cuddle. So what's better than a doggy for this? I owned 2 dog in my life. Milou was our little Maltese (About 10 lbs) that we got when he was 10 weeks old. Although it was our family dog, I took care of him from taking walks, feeding him, potty training, education, and of course giving him a lot of cuddles and kisses. My second dog, Sinai was a big furry ball (About 75 lbs) that I got in a shelter when she was 5 years old. I took care of her entirely by myself until I left home 4 years ago. Additionally, I happened to take care of my friend's, neighbour's, and family doggies several times as everybody seemed to notice how much I like them! As I took care of a puppy, I know all the attention that they need in order to grow up in the best conditions possible. I am a very soft, patient, and caring person that also knows how to make puppy listen to me, especially when home-training. On the other hand, I also took care of my second dog as she was a senior and therefore required a lot of help because of rheumatism. I also took care of her during post-surgery period. In addition to this, I did an internship in a veterinary clinic while in high school where I acknowledged dogs' health and dispense them medicines. Lastly, I live in a lovely 2 bedrooms apartment with a small fenced yard with my friend. We are only a 9 min walk away from Sunset Park. Even if I don't have a dog, I already have my favorite spot to go walk 30 min away from home: a huge park away from roads and cars where me and my furry friends can run around and play. I am willing to accept and comply to very specific requirements when taking care of a dog as I understand the deep affection of dog owners for their beloved furry friends.
