She paid attention to him often and was able to set the environment safe for him to be in. “She is very responsible, punctual, and stern yet playful with dogs and or cats. She is friendly and kind to dogs and cats as she owns a cat and a dog. I have witnessed viv raise a puppy, trained the puppy everyday even through the puppy blues (it was a tough time), and just kept on track to this day consistently with her dogs routine. As a dog owner myself, I am certain viv is one of the good ones out there. If there are any specific questions that needs to be asked I will gladly answer them!”

“FIVE. STARS. Karen and Kenneth were amazing with Reese. And the Rover Card that they left for me to look at was the most detailed review of Reese’s stay I’ve ever gotten with any sitter ever on Rover. They are super friendly with a cozy home, your pet is sure to be super comfortable. Karen was the person Reese seems to have spent most of his time with at the start of his stay and who I was mostly communicating with - she took loads of pictures and videos, detailed notes of Reese’s walks and feeds and general behaviours, amazing amazing amazing amazing. My little dude came home happier than ever, we’re super happy we chose to book with Karen and Kenneth - book them, they really just seem to love dogs and enjoy their company! My dog took to Karen the moment he met her and her energy was calming and encouraging, I wasn’t concerned about Reese’s stay at all (and this was the first time he’d stay in a condo - which is a brand new development in the city btw).”
