It takes some time for my dog to get used to new people and he has a lot of separation issues, but Rebeca was able to overcome that and make him comfortable and happy for the day. Starting with the offer to do a meet and greet prior to officially booking (which went well!), providing plenty of updates throughout out the day of doggy day care and asking for guidance to assist her in providing the best care. Our dog usually takes a few visits to really warm up to new people but because of Dasom’s style of care and patience, Vini was snuggling up after a few hours. In short, we only have glowing things to say about the service Dasom provides and look forward to booking her again very soon.”
