“Amanda is wonderful! You can tell that my dog has a lot of play time and receives a lot of love while she's in her care. Olive comes home tired, happy, clean, and ready to relax. Her dog Sage is also very sweet and plays really well with Olive. I feel 100% safe and confident handing my dog over to her for the day while I work so she can get her energy out with Sage. About: New info- for my canine clients who are kennel trained- We have several spacious kennels and dog beds so rest assured that you dont have to bring yours. The kennels and dog beds are both washed and sanitized in between pups. We also have a dog bowls and extra poop bags on hand. For your elderly pup, pups that have recently had surgery or those with little legs- We have a doggie ramp for our stairs. I have been a pet owner for the past 20 years, mostly cats, but a few dogs. I will probably be a pet owner for the rest of my life. When I was younger I volunteered at my local animal hospital. I have previously had a Pomeranian (who was prone to seizures) as well as a terrier. I currently belong (yes they own me) 3 cats, Callie (aged 10), Simba (aged 7) and Soxxs (age unknown at least aged 5). I can't wait to meet your furry friend and have lots of fun together. I work full time Mon- Fri, so this is will be after work and on the weekends. I am willing to watch senior dogs and special needs dogs, as I believe that every dog needs love and care. I look forward to meeting you sooner rather than later. I have a fenced in yard. We do kennel when we are out of the house and during meal times to ensure your canine doesn't eat something they aren't supposed to. Winter boardings- we use pet safe sidewalk salt in addition to wiping off paws after walks. I work Mon- Fri, I am home on the weekends, as well as my husband is off on M Tuesday & Wednesday. Pets are always cared for as we are on opposite shifts. We provide plenty of walks and love for your pets. We usually stays away from dogs parks just because other dogs could be more aggressive. We do a potty break & breakfast in the morning (between 6 & 7 am), several walks thoughout the day. We do have littles so we do crate during meal times. We do one last potty break in the evening (between 8 & 10 pm) This can be changed as each pup is different and has different needs. We do potty breaks through our the day and several walks. My husband and I are on opposite schedules so someone is always home with the pups. We do keep dog soap on hand in the event a bath is needed.
13. Lea & Rich V.
“I would highly recommend Lea to watch your pet. She is a huge animal lover and cares deeply about making sure that they are well taken care of. Lea is incredibly responsible and dependable. She will be there when she says she will be there, and she will carefully follow any instructions that you have. Most importantly, she will take the extra time to make sure your pet feels loved while you are away.”

About: Hello! My name is Lizzy. I am a Minnesota native and I have cared for my family dog for many years and love dogs of all kinds! I work from home now and have a pretty wide open schedule. I am ready to take your dog(s) in over your vacations or holidays. My home is next to a Minneapolis Park (Shingle Creek) so there's endless trails, nature, and sniff spots for your pup when they stay with me! Look forward to hearing from you! I work from home so my schedule is flexible and I would be home all day to care for your dog(s). We will go on walks, frequent potty breaks, and cuddle time. I have a yard and live next to a nature area (Shingle Creek). If your dog likes to be outside and on walks, I will ensure they get all the sniffs as we explore the beautiful trails. My home is private (not shared with others) and has a security system so your pet will be safe and sound when they stay with me.

17. Alyssa A.
About: I loved dogs growing up and have been lucky to be able to share the wonders of a fur friend to my kids. I am familiar with Weimaraners, labs, mini schnauzers & goldendoodles. I am working full time however I took a new job that freed up weekends and holidays. I do have potential work from home capabilities 1x a week so I would be able to open those days to my boarding schedules after trying out some weekends first. I have a fenced backyard we can relax or play fetch in. Our street is pretty quiet as it is not a thru street. We have a nice neighborhood I feel safe walking in as well as a Three Rivers trail behind our house. I have the capability of kenneling my dog or yours if needed.

We have a large fenced in back yard for your dog to exercise and do their job in. Your dog will also have free run of the house. Your dog must get along with our cat and dog.
20. Grace B.
“Anyone with a Husky in their life will tell you that loving a Husky means embracing the chaos of life with exuberance, humor, and a full heart. Grace does exactly that. I’ve known Grace since 2019 when Rover brought us together. Her Husky-Shepherd mix Togo attended daycare with me while Grace worked a demanding job. Grace and I found ourselves chatting longer and longer when she would come to pick him up, often taking our dogs on a walk together to end the day. It wasn’t long before we became best friends. I trust Grace not only with my own life, but with the lives of my pets. Grace is the kind of person you want to have a spare key to your house. She’s reliable and respectful, can always be reached in a reasonable time, and she’ll help you breathe easier through whatever anxiety you may have (and it can be a lot of anxiety when you’re determining who to leave your pets with!). She’s an expert in customer service, but more importantly she's genuine. She wears her heart on her sleeve and loves deeply. You can be sure that she will love your pets and treat them as her own. I can’t say enough good things about Grace. She takes care of my pets whenever I need it and I trust her with them completely. I can also attest that she loves dogs of all ages and sizes–my five pound Chihuahua loved Grace like a second mom, and now my German Shepherd puppy does too. I am so blessed to have Grace in my life, and I know she will be a blessing to your life (and your pet’s life!) too!”
