4. Grace M.
About: I am a young adult who is passionate about giving animals the best, most happy time full of treats and playtime. I have experience successfully training dogs as I currently have a puppy of my own. I am currently unemployed so I will have plenty of time to play with your furry friends! When the weather permits, I love going to the dog park or just being outside to play. I live in a pet friendly apartment and have a little one of my own to keep your fur baby company, I am also able to crate you pet if needed. I typically let my pup roam freely around the apartment as he is a very good listener. If I were to care for a pet in a clients home, I will respect their ways of living and the rules that they have set for their pet(s).
5. Catherine J.
“What a kind and loving lady! Thank you my new Traverse City friend! You made Gladys feel very welcome! Your dogs were sweet and seemed to warm up to Gladys quickly. You are appreciated- hopefully next time I'm in TC, I can reach out to you! Gladys will be more trained by then!”
6. Lisa M.
“Lisa is a wonderful pet owner and lover. With two small dogs of her own, safety is her first concern. And love is a constant.”
7. Janae F.
“Janae is one of the biggest animal lovers I know! Animals tend to love her too. There has not been one dog I’ve seen her interact with that hasn’t absolutely adored her. She is very patient, gentle, and kind and is the perfect person to take care of your animal!”
8. Mary W.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 12 years from tiny newborn pups, to senior dogs! All ranging in size from tiny teacup, to giant 120lbs+! I’m a stay at home Mom, so I’m home all day 98% of the time (I do have to drop & pickup my kids from school) Which means lots of play time, & lots of one in one attention! We have a big fenced in yard for the dogs to roam safely, along with 3 of my own dogs who love to make new friends!
9. Alexis F.
“Alexis, did a great job with my dogs. She went out of her way to accommodate us on our vacation in TC. She had my dogs for longer than asked and had taken them an extra day. She was great! Ty! Sorry, it has taken me so long to give my review.”
10. Kimberly H.
“Kimberly did an awesome job communicating and kept me updated on how Nellie was doing! Nellie had a blast with the other dogs and came back a tired and happy dog.”
11. Olivia P.
“Olivia was amazing! Responsible, communicative and provided our pup great care. We can’t wait to have her watch Finn again!”
12. Bob D.
“Bob was wonderful with my Molly Girl!! She had a great time. Bob took her for multiple walks, kept in touch with me the whole day, and sent me pictures to show how Molly was doing. Would highly recommend Bob for anyone who has dog needs in the Traverse City area!”
13. Daniel B.
“Daniel is the most loving and kind person that I know. He adopted an elderly, small dog that had diabetes and requires insulin. The dog's owner passed and the family was going to put the dog down. Dan adopted this little guy. I don't know too many people that would take on the financial and medical responsibilities for a rescue dog. Because of Dan's love, this little dog is now the spunkiest and sassiest "old man" you could ever meet. My dog loves Dan and going to his house while we are away. I think my dog would be happy to stay with Dan forever! If you want a trustworthy and loving person to care for your "babies," call Dan.”
14. Alexa P.
About: I have worked among various dog breeds and environments, including; house visits, check-ins, walks, as well as a frequent volunteer at the local humane society. I currently work in property management in TC! I am a native to the area and have always had a huge passion for animals and rescuing! I currently spend my time off with my dogs, at the shelter, or at my properties! I have a flexible job which allows me to stop in throughout the day! Currently, I have two dogs. We spend a lot of time hiking, playing outside, going on walks, and playing with our favorite bones. We love peanut butter treats and snuggling with mom. We love to meet new friends, so we will do an occasional trip to the park here and there!
15. Andrew H.
“In my experiences with Andrew, he treats every dog as an instant family member. Very gentle and eager to gain each animals attention. I would often have to remind him that we were, in fact, there to finish a job and not simply to pay attention to other peoples pets. 10/10 I would recommend.”
16. Chelsie P.
“Chelsea was great and was able to watch our dog with somewhat short notice. She has a large property with a fenced-in yard and two other very friendly dogs that got along very well with our pup.”
17. Lisa J B.
About: Previous dog owner. My pup passed away from cancer a year ago. She survived it the first time with a surgery that removed her jaw, but it came back 2 years later. Looking to fill my pup cup and help you with walking your dog or watching when while you're away. I work from home so I can get to your home before work, during the day, and after work. We can also take them overnights. We have a dog park next door. We love going for walks in our quiet neighborhood, which is very dog friendly. We have 2 daughters 50% of the time so depending on the week, must be kid friendly.
