1. Sarah E.
“Sarah is wonderful! This was our first experience with DogVacay and wondered how our chow chow would do since he can be aloof and a bit nervous around new dogs and strangers. Sarah was so chill when we scheduled a meet and greet that Jet eventually felt at ease. Sarah's doggie Carl also helped "break the ice" by running around Sarah's huge yard with a ball and inviting Jet to play. Based on how well the "meet and greet" went, we went ahead with a daycare visit. Sarah and Jet are friends and Jet was obviously happy when we picked him up. Jet was fine with Sarah and we look forward to scheduling a longer vacay with Sarah!”

3. Erin C.
“We worry about leaving our high-energy pup with new people, but our little bud had a great time at Erin's. He can be a little anxious at times, but he did great here. He ran around outside all day and came home tired and happy. We'll definitely be taking him back the next time we need a dog sitter. Thanks Erin!”

About: Hello! I am a very active individual who loves to engage and play with pets. I consider myself an avid runner, and have never shied away from taking pets with me. I am very used to walking and caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. For daycare, I work from home full time and have a large fenced in yard that all dogs love! I currently have two pets, a 1 year old pup named Vasher and a orange tabby cat named Locke. Vasher is a golden retriever / German shepherd mix who is the best boy. He already weighs over 70 lb! He loves to play, run around, and talk to us with his buttons. He is extremely friendly and loves to make new friends, both human and dog alike. Locke will make friends with any person he meets. I also helped raised my parents dog Leine, who is a 90lb tree walker cooonhound. She is the sweetest pup at 10 years old. I have watched and cared for dogs of all sizes and energy levels, but you can probably tell I have a special place for large playful dogs. If you're looking for somewhere to drop off your dog for the day where they will have a huge yard and a playmate, I'm your guy. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! I currently work remotely! My schedule is entirely flexible, so I will be able to take care of your pet at any time of the day. If you have a set schedule for walking/feeding/playing, I'll be able to stick to it without any issues. I will care for your pet by paying attention to their needs, whether it be playing, cuddling, or feeding. I will keep them as active as possible, and would be happy to run them around the yard or neighborhood. I am very willing to follow whatever instructions you have for your pet.
11. Hannah S.
“Nutmeg was well cared for and received lots of affection. This was his first stay at daycare. We will definitely ask Hannah to watch him again. Thank you Hannah!”
12. Indre P.
“Indre is great with dog of all sizes. She constantly takes care of my Rotwiellers. I have one that is very high energy and she makes sure he gets all his energy out before retuning from their walk. She is very good with large breads!”

About: Hi, fellow dog mom here. I am here to keep our little fluffy friends safe while duty and life calls. I know the importance of thier safety as well as their comfort and happiness. I currently work part time and have availability to sit on my days off, evenings and overnight. I currently have a supper friendly dog of my own who loves other dogs and caring for her has made my care routine second nature. If your pet knows commands I have an open back yard that that they can play, a lot of room in my home for comfort and a park across the street which is great for walks and potty breaks. I set a schedule for play time and nap time or I can follow their regular preferred schedule.
14. Kathy T.
“Kathy was wonderful with our pug Violet. We booked her for daycare on short notice and she was so accommodating. Her pugs made my pug right at home! I appreciated getting pictures during the day and Violet was pooped and happy when we got her. She had a great day with Kathy’s pugs and we’d definitely use her again without hesitation. Thank you, Kathy!!”
15. Jillian E.
“Felt very comfortable with Jillian watching my dog. She sent pix during the day and got him out for a long walk. He was relaxed and content at the end of the day. So grateful we found her!”
16. Melanie B.
“Melanie B. Is a kind, loving and patient pet parent. Her dog Tucker is the best behaved dog I’ve ever known. She completely trained her after she adopted her. If dogs can be polite, Tucker is the best example. For example, I was dog sitting her for a weekend and it was raining outside so she naturally got her paws full of mud in the backyard. Before I let her race through the house, I just told her “stop “you need to wash your feet. So she followed me in the bathroom and as soon as she heard the water running in the bathtub she jumped right in and just stood there waiting for me to wash her paws! Melanie did this… She’d be a great dog trainer if she ever took that route but she loves animals and I can think of no better person that would be in charge of someone’s pet while they are out. I have known Melanie both professionally and on a personal basis for 30 years. She will always be professional and she will always be good to and for animals, with an emphasis on dogs.”
17. Michelle S.
“If dogs could talk, I know they would tell their owners how Michelle opens both her home and her heart up to them during their stay. She knows it can be a stressful time for pets to be separated from their owners, and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and part of her own family while they are with her. They get lots of play time, attention, and the freedom to make themselves "at home".”
18. June C.
“She is a very thoughtful and caring person who has taken care of my dog numerous times. She always follows care instructions carefully and is gentle with my dog. My dog loves her and is always happy to stay with her or go for a walk. Would not hesitate to let her take care of my dog any time!”

20. Kelly & Paul V.
“Kelly has owned, and cared for pets as long as I have known her. Kelly is a person who is detail oriented, organized and caring. What I believe makes a great sitter for anybody's pet! She is active with her pets, ensuring her dog is walked at least once a day, with plenty of time outside to run around the yard, play fetch and tug and play in the doggy pool. She has been sitting for friends and family ever since she was in high school, and has a personal love for animals. She would be a great care taker for any pet! +”
