We were scared at first due to a previous bad experience on Rover, but Wanqing was very responsive over text and made us feel very reassured. We would highly recommend Wanqing, she gives all the pets in her home so much love and attention. Our dog does not come home super tired, but he always looks so content and behaves so well after coming back from Wanqing's place.”

“Gilian was an amazing choice for boarding my dog! First we did a meet and greet at a local dog park, and then welcomed my dog to her home for a week+ of boarding. My anxious pup felt comfortable here after a couple days, and was well cared for. We can't do boarding kennels because of my dog's anxiety, so I'm so glad we found this service! I got updates daily about activities and behavior, as well as photos and videos! Gilian is knowledgeable handling anxious dogs, and she has good techniques on introducing dogs to new environments, dogs and people to help ease anxiety. I highly recommend Gilian!”

She was very quick to respond with updates and pictures and was incredibly accommodating when our flight was delayed and we needed to change some details about the pick-up.
