Scottie was in amazing hands and his routines were kept up with (much needed for his age). They even made the sweetest note cards for me at pick up. Drop off and pick up was great. “Jané did a wonderful job looking after our Australian Shepherd. She was a great communicator and sent multiple doggie updates a day including photographs. Her house has a big backyard that's fully fenced in so there's plenty of room for dogs to run safely. She also took our dog on multiple walks a day. You can tell Jané sincerely cares about animals and she's great at caring for them. I look forward to boarding with her again!”

“Bentley had such a great time playing and hanging out with friends at Thalita's. He had a yard to run and play in and got lots of live and attention. It was the first time we had ever borded our pup, so I was extremely anxious. Thalita was very understanding and sent us pictures of him throughout his stay. She took great care of our boy!! About: Hi! My name is Alexis, I am 27 years old, and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up I helped my dad with training his rabbit dogs and attending to their needs while he was at work or etc. I am born and raised in Amherst, VA. I own my own townhouse in Madison Heights. Although, the area is not fenced in there is a nice big yard for your fur-baby to get plenty of exercise and exposure to the sun and fresh air!! There is sidewalks in the neighborhood that makes it easy for taking walks. I am here to care for your fur-baby as you would. I will pet, feed, walk, play, brush attend to your fur-baby's needs. You and your fur-baby will be happy with my services. I do work 40 hours a week from home which allows me to have more time at home to attend to your fur-baby. Your dog/cat will be able to roam freely in the house unless otherwise requested. I do not work weekends, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I can easily crate your dog as needed. All dogs are walked on leashes when we go for walks. I respect your wishes in my home and your home.

“Joleen took care of our dog very gracefully. I booked at the last minute and our dog was greatly welcomed by Joleen, husband and their two dogs which were very friendly and playful for our dog. Our booking was for 9 days and received checkin texts and pictures on our pup with out being having to prompt Joleen to do so. When I had a question, Joleen was very expedient in answering my text. This was my first experience with Rover and it didn’t disappoint. Joleen and her husband are very nice people and enjoyed meeting them. Their house was very dog friendly by having pretty of room to run and play in the fenced in backyard. When we picked up our dog his demeanor was normal and showed he also liked being around Joleen. Would highly recommend Joleen as a sitter.”

That information gives you an idea of her responsibility and judgement, along with being the vice president of risk in her sorority and the captain of the dance team. She is also a student athlete equestrian. Her love of animals is from a lifetime of practically living at the barn. She has been independently taking care of animals large and small since she was five. She is wonderful and loving with animals; she also executes outstanding judgement in emergency situations. She is a trustworthy employee and I would trust her to take care of anyone's pet.”

“Katie was more than amazing! I have left our Doberman, Roxy, at various kennels, and other Rover sitters, but Roxy would seem anxious or would get sick after I picked her up from those places. Not with Katie! I felt that our furry friend was with family. It was clear that our naturally anxious dog has made a friend. She seemed happy and content and although she was excited to see me, she was not anxious or rushing to leave Katie's place. Katie sent many pictures and videos and it was clear that Roxy was being treated like Katie's own dog. I will be using Katie again. I recommend her wholeheartedly.”
