“Couldn’t recommend Tracy more!! It was my first time using Rover and if I could leave more than five stars I would. Tracy communicated with me every step of the way and provide me with daily updates and photos.I have an elderly dog and Tracy was extra attentive to his needs. Tracy was also very flexible and helpful when our plane was delayed. My dog was taken care of as if he was her own. Will definitely reach out to Tracy again!”

“This was our first time being away from our dog (she was a pandemic puppy) so I was a nervous dog Mom. Lisa was great -- she sent us pictures of Dottie Pepper several times, she was very responsive to texts, and followed our "cheat sheet" of instructions that we provided. Dottie Pepper says "thumbs up" and we have already booked the next stay.”

“Namita and her husband were absolutely amazing. I have never had anyone watch our dogs before so I was extremely worried. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with leaving them. She sent me pictures and videos daily and reassured me they would be ok. One of my dogs is an Alfa female so I was worried that she would not be nice to the other dogs. Namita took the time to care for her and make sure all the dogs would get along. I was so happy and would refer her to anyone who needs someone to watch their dog. Little or big.”

He took great care of her; even sent pictures regularly! I had to lengthen her stay, and we were able to communicate promptly to get that all worked out. If Nestle needs boarding again, I’ll be sure to reach out to George first! Nestle took to him quickly, and it was such a pleasant experience for us both.”

We dropped her off while visiting Dallas for a few days because our friend has a cat and doesn’t love dogs :( Anyway, Joanne lived super close so we were even able to pick up Zoey and take her for a walk while she was there. “Dee and her husband Dave were great! I boarded my little MinPin with them for 4 days (3 nights) this week and was really pleased with how awesome they were about caring for Izzy. Dee was great about communicating with me about any of Izzy’s behavior, how she was eating and then sent a ton of adorable pictures of her enjoying being in their care. Izzy got along great with Gizmo, their dog and so it was a really great experience. Definitely will book with Dee again!”
