You can tell she enjoys what she does and gives the pets under her care all the love and attention. I did several meet and greets before I finally met Kelli and I knew right away I found the person that I was looking for. She took amazing care of my 2 dogs, followed all of my instructions with routines, medications, food etc. and sent me daily video updates. “Nubi was really happy with Ismaris. We noticed the day after returning home our puppy was actually eating his dry food, something he has turned his nose up to. We think him spending time with Ismaris’ dogs and seeing them eat dry food convinced him otherwise. I could tell right away that Ismaris would treat our puppy as her own. We know he was loved on. Ismaris was so warm to us and our puppy. She reached out to us to notify us of our puppy vomiting and having diarrhea. My only feedback to Ismaris, is that I called one day after hearing about his diarrhea, but she did not return the call. When I texted her that I called, she texted me back instead. Sometimes a phone call is more appropriate. But we would definitely have our pup return to Ismaris.”

Firulais can be shy and anti social sometimes and they were so patient with him providing him care at his level. I received pictures and updates throughout the stay. They are very responsive and even asked for feedback as needed. When I picked up Firualis, I could tell he was very comfortable at their home. I would definitely book with Maurice and Shanno again. “Complete peace of mind! I don’t think I can give higher praise. From booking to pick up, Huyen was world class to work with. She met our pups a month before our booking to familiarize herself with them and their needs. She was incredibly observant of their needs and physical health. When we dropped off the pups, she gave us a tour of her home which was perfectly suited for dog sitting. She asked us all of the questions you could hope for. Her attention and care to the dogs’ every single need, meal nuances, medication schedule, and outdoor/potty routine was beyond thorough. She send multiple daily updates and photos, letting us know how they ate, played, and behaved during the day. We had complete peace of mind from beginning to end. I dare say, she may even take better care of our dogs than we do! 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be using her services again! Thank you for giving us 100% peace of mind while we were away.!”
