“I’m SO glad our first Rover experience was with Julianne. My boyfriend and I recently bought our first puppy together and had to go out of town for a wedding. We’d never boarded our dog before and Julianne was so reassuring through all my questions and calmed all of my nerves. “Sorry for the late review., but Tom was EXCELLENT with my two boys !! Due to an out of state family emergency, I had to extend my stay by 2 days at the last minute. Tom kept my guys the extra time with no problem. It took a lot of stress away in an already difficult situation. He sent pictures of the boys several times during my trip and stayed in touch which eliminated any worry about them. If I could give more stars on this site,Tom would absolutely get a 10+ !! “Daily updates on Yuki's stay with pictures and videos were appreciated. The walks, playing fetch, and water play were all activities I know Yuki enjoys and let me know she was getting a good workout! Their dog "Snow" is a joy and was a great companion for Yuki during her stay. Yuki was well taken care of and would definitely recommend Karthik to anyone wishing for their pet to have the same!”
