“This was our first time boarding our dogs, Sarge and S'mores, with Mai, and it was positive before, during, and after! We arranged a meet and greet at Mai's house, and she was so sweet and friendly, plus her children were very excited to meet the dogs, too! Throughout their stay she was responsive and sent us plenty of updates to know the boys were safe, happy, and doing well. Once we brought them home she contacted me to check in and make sure they were settling in okay. Thank you, Mai! We would love to use your services again in the future. :)”

Was worried being with a new sitter would trigger Muffin's anxiety, but when I picked her up after she stayed with Kristen for the weekend, she was happy, healthy, well-fed, watered, walked, and had taken her all her meds! Kristen was patient, polite, sent lots of pictures and videos, made sure Muffin got just enough exercise and was kept comfortable while I was away. Highly recommended, and would definitely call on again!”
