“Our dog, Dewey, felt right at home with Heather! Her low-key approach and love for dogs is just what Dewey needs. He sometimes thinks he’s the most important ‘person’ in the room, so having his two little buddies to play with was perfect for him. Heather’s communication is excellent and her flexibility is much appreciated! It’s so nice to have a person that you can tell treats your dog like their own. I almost want to keep her a secret so that I know we can book her when we need her! 🤣 Thank you, Heather! We’ll definitely be back!”

She is the most knowledgeable dog sitter we have dealt with and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning until the end. She took care of our Leilani even though she had some issues the first week. I can't recommend her enough.”

We were gone for 5 days and she sent pictures and videos each day, which made us feel more at ease about leaving them for the first time that wasn’t with family! Madi sent pics and updates and it was obvious that Dougal relaxed like he was at home. For Dougal that means relaxing on top of the couch cushions. I am very happy with Madi and her family taking such good care of Dougal! We are looking forward to boarding him with Madi again!”

I was updated multiple times a day as to how he was doing and they were quick to respond back. They continued with the training I've been working on and even showed me a few things I could do to help further. I felt completely at ease letting my puppy stay there and I was even told I need to go away more so they could have more Hank time ? we will for use then again when we go away or need someone for the day.
